I wouldn’t recommend ordering here. The staff member who answered the phone didn’t seem familiar with the menu and actually hung up when I asked a simple question about my order. She came across as rude and impatient throughout the interaction. On top of that, prices on Grubhub are nearly double compared to ordering in person, definitely not worth it. I don’t understand how they’re still in business.

In my opinion they are the best affordable Chinese food place in Dover. Absolutely the best sesame chicken and shrimp mei fun! Also, I like how they understand your order details and ALWAYS do it right. Great food, good prices, great customer service. I only wish that they would do home deliveries.

I am newly pregnant and had a craving for Chinese. My husband went on his dinner break to get it after ordering the food by phone a half hour before. He was told 15 minutes but it wasn’t a huge order and arrived a half hour later since we’re new to Dover so it took a half hour to get there. Food still wasn’t ready and they didn’t have white rice so he had to wait longer. Going on 45 minutes after order was placed. The food was horrible. We ordered pepper steak, general tso’s, sesame chicken, boneless ribs, spring rolls, wonton soup and extra white rice. The only thing that was good were the boneless ribs. The rest is way too small of portions for the price, really gross food, takes entirely too long after ordering by phone and I truly wouldn’t recommend at all. Save your money and time and go elsewhere

We use to China Kitchen almost every other week over 10 years. The use to be very good. The last 2 years the quality has very gone down. About 2 weeks ago was my last time. I more rice than food, what food did have was not that good. Boneless ribs were burn. My husband had mostly rice and broccoli 3 pieces of shrimps. So disappointing, I really enjoy going there.
