I spent $75 on dinner for my family last week and it was the worst Chinese food we’ve EVER eaten. Absolutely awful. I couldn’t even swallow the egg roll it was so bad and the smell wouldn’t come off our clothes. I would not recommend. If you are in Bessemer and want Chinese food go to China Wok not China King. China King is a disgrace to the Chinese culture as far as food. Someone needs to learn how to cook. It was so bad. I can’t believe I spent $75 on that food.. I wouldn’t feed it to my dogs or the neighborhood street cats

We ordered online on Saturday night on August 10th. We ordered Teriyaki Chicken and Moo Goo Ga Pan. Also a side order of Fried wontons. When we got there our order was ready and the cashier was nice. I got back in the car and we started eating the Wontons and my friend said he didn’t like them, I was surprised!!! I bit into mine and they were terrible!!!!!!! They HAD to have been from way earlier in the day if not before that!!!! I can usually make do but not this time. I wasn’t sure how the Chicken Teriyaki was served but it was basically plain chicken in the stick and dried out and no sign of Teryaki and the chicken in the Moo Goo Ga Pan was mushy. The worst Chinese food I’ve ever gotten. My family couldn’t even eat it. And it wasn’t just one thing it was all of it. The egg rolls tasted awfully, tuff. Also got Mongolian beef, shrimp egg fooyoung, and house lomain. The house lomain was eatable, just barely. The egg drop soup has a green tint (no one tried it). I spend over $70.00 for food I couldn’t eat. So this was a cold sandwich nite. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

I was cold and the veggie fried got a pea and a carrot (that is not veggie fried rice). You guys usually have hot food. Food was fresh and hot but he put my 3 piece chicken wings in a paper bag and of course since it’s hot the bag started welting down and eventually gave way and my order was in a box and I asked to put them in a plastic bag since I was doing some driving and had to take it in a business.

Was a pickup order for $23. Got Mongolian beef with fried rice & eggroll. Meat was not eatable, so chewy and tough, tasteless meal (no flavor), fried rice wasn’t good either (veggies not cooked well). Eggroll was horrible (cabbage not cooked). Worst Chinese ever had. Had my mouth set for this & had to throw away. I hate wasting my hard-earned money. Run!!! Run!!!

I wish I could give zero or negative stars. I have always enjoyed ordering from here. The last year I have ordered take out from here over 5 times. The food was always delicious, hot, and just what we ordered. On Wednesday, November 1st I ordered the family meal for 3. Get home and we made plates. One soup was finished, 2 soups half eaten. Noone ate their egg roll since first bite half of the RAW egg roll wrap came out. Then as I tried the chicken I noticed it had a really bad flavor. We could not continue eating it as it had a rancid taste. I called the restaurant that evening and was asked to bring the food back right then. I wasn’t able to take the food back until today as I have been SICK FOR THE LAST 3 Days. When we walked in, there were some customers waiting. My husband tried to speak so that the customers did not over hear. The owner asked loudly where all the food was that we ate. Where the egg rolls were, the soups, etc. We made plates and what we did not eat we threw in the trash. I was not going to put it back in the containers. The RAW EGG ROLLS were thrown away. She treated us as if we were trying to get one over on her. That WAS NOT my intention. My husband was not even able to speak before she told us to get out and don’t come back. No need to tell us not to come back as we will NEVER step foot in this establishment again. Customer service and understanding goes a long way. However, you won’t receive anything but excuses from here.
