On two separate occasions, I was refused seating where I was most comfortable, and they made a big deal out of it. They claimed the table was already chosen and I must stay at this table (not a booth). There were many booths on both sides available. It was a fight to get refills. They automatically charged me undeserved gratuity on my bill. I wanted to leave so I could be sure to not tip for their lousy crappy buffet and service. The green beans were good… the Thai Chicken was soft moist good but not good enough to return… everything else was surprisingly underwhelmingly mediocre. If I could get my money back I would. Went to wash my hands and the sinks were not draining. They received two tryouts. Have you ever experienced being forced to sit in a place uncomfortable? Even after politely asking for a different area?

Horrible customer service! This desk lady is completely unprofessional, rude and is always trying to charge me more then what the food is worth (undercooked, overcooked, been sitting out too long, and some was cold), making us all sick. They treated everyone else ok from what i saw, but refused to treat my table with any respect at all. As i was trying to leave she started to try and embarrass me by making my business know to all other customers and overcharge, when in reality she embarrassed herself, as well as the business itself.. Unsanitary and Discrimination vibes are definitely high at this place. Why have a place open if all you get is rude behavior towards customers.!?!?!! Shut it down for good!! 0 stars 100% horrible place to go. Completely unprofessional!!!!!. Someone Should definitely shut this place down and not allow them to open anywhere ever again. Especially the rude lady , no social skills at all. She should not be allowed to work anywhere!! Even as a janitor position. Horrible!!

Wow — I really *LOVED* this buffet, especially the Spicy Chicken, the Fried Rice and the green beans. I tried a number of other items, but the three I mentioned were my favorites. The buffet was well stocked and the employees were very courteous, polite and attentive.
China King is in the same parking lot as the Marcus Theatre in Oshkosh; it’d be a really nice “date night” to eat here and then walk across the way to watch a movie. Now that I mention that, I might have to try that with my wife next time we decide to run to Oshkosh to see a movie.
In short, if you’re hungry and are in the Oshkosh area, this is definitely a great place to eat. Give them a try — if you’re a fan of Chinese food, I’m sure you’ll enjoy China King.

Food was either undercooked or overcooked and dry. Crab rangoon specifically was undercooked the manager refused to give a refund. And tried telling us that it looked that way because of the cream cheese which if anyone knows crab rangoons the cream cheese does not affect how much of it is actually fried. I asked for a refund and the manager refused the employee lied and stated that he already took place from the table I asked them to look at the cameras and they refuse to do that. And then they accused us of damaging things in their bathroom as we were leaving.

This buffet has everything that I like, they have a stone grill.
They have an item on their buffet called peanut butter chicken and it is so good,not many restaurants offer this, the soup is good, called egg drop soup, there is alot of different foods on the buffet that are very good, ice cream in a machine that you can cone it or get a dish, with different deserts as well.

I wanted a booth. The wingnut waiter took me to table. I asked for a booth. There were booths open. Again he took me to table and again I asked for a booth. He walked away from me. He then came walking really fast to me and yelling at me and rubbing his fingers. I didn’t understand him. The girl waitress said I don’t get a booth because I dont tip him. I have not been there in 2 years. It was embarrassing and people looking. I walked out. This has to be the worst place ever.
