The food here was really good there was no one here when I came in, and I could hear them making it after I ordered it. It came out fast, and piping hot lunch only cost me 9 bucks. I wish they had a drink fountain, but for the price, it’s still 5 stars

We just made a $$$ order, and on our way to pick it up, we missed their calls. No messages were left from either of the two successive calls. When we arrived 10 minutes after our “assigned” time for pickup, the restaurant was closed and nobody could be reached at the number. Additionally, it was 5:51pm when we arrived for pickup, and Google states the restaurant closes at 8:30pm. What in the world?

Staff was friendly. Food was hot and fresh and everything was correct in my large to-go order. Packaged nicely and even gave us a free dessert. We had enough left-overs for a few more meals. Dining room was open while you wait for to go order but was not open for dining.

It is exactly what I expected since the pandemic. Carryout only. Some have said the staff was rude. I disagree. English isn’t their first language, so to me, they know enough to take your order and aren’t going to engage in friendly banter. The food was good, and the Crab Rangoon was the best I have had in a long time.

I was kind of surprised by the high ratings on this restaurant but after checking them it’s way too obvious they’re not from patrons. The food here used to be good but something’s wrong. Hot and soar soup is always bitter and thick and more than once have gotten stale food. The one in Holden way better. I’ll be sticking to that one.

The people are very nice that work here. The food vascilates from VERY good to so so. Not sure what the difference is in far as who is cooking… but when you live in Lone Jack Missouri… anything that’s not a burger is a step in the right direction. I have had good food there far more than I have had questionable.

So I gave them another chance thinking they can’t mess up chicken fried rice I was wrong. I got lots of rice very thin slices of chicken next to nothing else in the fried rice. The last time it was generals chicken with very little chicken and lots of veggies. Make the drive to lee’s summit for better food.
