I have to say this was one of the worst Chinese orders I’ve ever had . The general tsos chicken and no flavor except pepper flake and the rice was mushy. I didn’t even attempt to eat the veggies. Crab Rangoon filling was old and separated . How do you serve this garbage? I’m sticking with China Garden on Gravois. They never disappoint

We used to order from China King regularly but hadn’t eaten there in a while. Placed an order this evening and was pretty disappointed. The Kung Pao chicken didn’t have much flavor (or chicken) and wasn’t as spicy as I expected. The fried rice and crab Rangoon were overcooked. China King was our go-to for Chinese food but we’ll be looking for a new “regular”.

Only reason they got 1 star is because there wasnt an option for no stars… the chicken in the fried rice was either gummy or spongy it varied between the two. It was tasteless no flavor… the rice itself and the egg wasnt bad but the chicken was terrible… only stopped here because i was hungry and it was next door to the laundromat… well im still hungry i cant stomach the rest of the box even dodging the bits of chicken in the rice

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I ordered crab ragoons, sweet & sour chicken, lo mein, and Mongolian beef. First, the lo mein was bland and tasted like old stir fry oil. Second, the Mongolian beef had more onions than beef it should have been called Mongolian onions; like a 10-1 ratio. Third, after eating this mediocre food…. Less than 30mins we are experiencing massive stomach pains, stomach churning, and then vomiting. I do not recommend eating here.

Went in there today 9/12/2024 to buy myself and my niece some lunch because we had just left the doctors. Anyway i live in north county and ordered a uber. I’m thinking when i get hime that I’m going to have something good to eat. Noooo. I order fried chicken combo with plain fried rice and a egg roll. And a half oder of plain fried rice with green unions and bean sprouts. Anyway the plaind fried rice had a nasty after taste that i didn’t care for, and the egg roll was so disgusting that i threw it in tge garbage immediately. The cabbage was gummy felt like it came out the garbage. The breading on the chicken was falling off , just really a waste of money. I’ve only eaten at this place twice. Once 17 years ago and today. If i would of had my car i wouldn’t have eaten there then would have went somewhere else. I will never eat in this place again. Wish i could have given zero stars.

I felt completely disrespected eating the Ham Fried Rice and the House Special Fried Rice. The rice was totally undercooked, it was hard and crunchy as if I were eating small ants. I know they don’t make they rice like this at home! The pork was ok, the shrimp tasted like iron and it was only 2 of them. This seemed rushed and tasted terrible. It’s way better rice houses in st.louis. I wish I could sue for the emotional damage, the food was not satisfying.

I have been ordering food from this place for years. At least 8 or 9. We have always loved the food. And the delivery driver is awesome! But tonight, we ordered a half order of Special Fried Rice. It had 2 shrimp and a sliver of beef. I called to see if they could exchange it. And the girl who takes the orders treated me like an idiot and a liar. After all this time, I will never order food there again.

I ordered some chicken noodle soup. I mean granted for $3.95 I didn’t expect much, but I have had chicken noodle soup from other Chinese restaurants and this was nothing like my past experiences. It was literally noodles floating in hot water with 3 chunks of chicken. There were no vegetables in sight. Just wasn’t what I was expecting. I brought it home added some chicken bouillon and called it a day. Even if you have to raise the price by a $1 throw some vegetables in there and for God sakes add some chicken flavor
