Terrible experience. Food took 25 minutes to cook. Two dishes in the order were made wrong (of course we did not discover this until we got home) the teenage girl running the register had no customer service. You could not hear her and she did not seem happy to have business. This place has steadily gone down hill.

When I went in, I said I’m here for my shrimp fried rice and hot and sour soup, She looked at the ticket on the bag and asked about the phone number and I said yes that’s it. Instead of saying, oh, we mistakenly made chicken fried rice and if you’ll just give us a few minutes will make you what you ordered. But no, she just continued to tell me the total, and take my money knowing that the order was not correct. Which was why she said my phone number versus what I ordered. I called back to complain, but she did nothing to take responsibility and to top it off, the food sucked!!!!

Thank you for serving us with a smile and graciousness. Our food was fresh and at lunch prices with ample portions. I want to know what type of rice accompanied our entrees? It wasn’t your run of the mill fried rice. I really enjoyed it and I am not fond of fried rice. Thank you for being part of our memories at the Beach!
