I’ve been to this Chinese restaurant for many years. I’ve always had a good interaction with the family. The young man up front always makes sure that my order is correct. As well as offering me with as many utensils and sauces as needed. They make really yummy Hot & Sour soup and I enjoy their Sesame/General Tso chicken!

The food is every good egg roll crispy and crunchy, but the customer service was one of the worst I’ve ever seen from a Chinese restaurant in my entire 30 years of living. fYI the lunch specials does not come with and egg roll or pork fried rice

This was the worst experience I have ever had at any restaurant. The cashier was rude and uninviting. Before we ordered, I inquired on behalf of my vegan dad if they could make the vegetable fried rice and vegetable lo-mein vegan with no animal byproducts, specifically egg. She said there is no meat or egg in the vegetable dishes. We ordered both for my dad and then quickly ordered for myself, my son, and my husband. My sister took a little longer she said she wanted the pork lo-mein but wasn’t sure what else she wanted I was going over the menu with her rushing her while trying not to make her feel rushed she commented on not wanting egg (she is allergic) and the cashier then tells us the lo-mein noodles contain eggs… we ended up changing my dad’s order because of the egg she said wasn’t in it to begin with. Then because my sister wasn’t sure but she was certain she did want pork lo-mein we ordered it anyway along with an entree.. when we got the food we got everything but the pork lo-mein. When I asked about it the cashier said my sister had changed her mind and ordered the entree instead. We ordered for dine in however the AC wasn’t working and by the time we got our food we were sweating and ready to go I went to the counter and asked for boxes and was charged $0.40 per box… needless to say we were not happy and the service was awful.

The lady behind the counter has an attitude when you approach the counter, which is something I never received a at Chinese restaurant. I spoke first because she just stood there and looked at me instead of greeting me and asking what would I like to order. I had to hop on Google to check to their reviews to make sure it wasn’t just my experience. Indeed not, so many others share the same experience. What a shame to treat people this way when there are SO many other Chinese restaurants around.

The lady who is the owner is extremely rude. Reading the other comments, I believe everyone is on the same page with her rudeness and attitude and her non-appreciation of her loyal customers. The food is decent however, tonight I will not return back to support her business. I wanted to order the spareribs which is under the appetizers on her menu she asked me how I was going to pay for the spareribs. I told her I was going to pay with my debit card. She immediately told me I had to pay for just the spare ribs in Cash? I didn’t ask why because her demeanor and attitude really upset me. My daughter was with me along with my son-in-law who were also placing an order. My son-in-law was nice enough to pull out the cash to pay for the spare ribs in cash as requested. However, to be honest I was about to just cancel the order and say I will just eat whatever I have at home rather than support this lady‘s business. She’s never is never pleasant never greets you with a smile or ever says thank you for. Just down right rude and mean! Will not return will not recommend it. Recommend not to support!

Let’s just say the price they charge for food it should definitely taste better. Especially with the attitude on the side by the woman in the front taking orders. I’m from New York and the attitude is extremely aggressive. I ordered Chicken wings with house special fried rice. And added a chicken wing because the original order only came with 3. I also got a shrimp egg roll plus a can soda total $20 dollars.
Rice: extremely soft like over cooked no flavor but the best thing on the plate if you add lots of hot sauce and duck sauce it was like rice mashed potatoes. The meat and shrimp in the rice undercooked.
Chickens: horrible soggy and not cooked all the way. Example its like they cook it until it got a little crispy but forgot the inside needs to be cooked. Not fresh at all. And being that they charge 50 cent per wing if you use your card because as per their sign there is a shortage of wings you would think that the wings are top tier. So disappointed.
Shrimp egg roll. Was a nice size but only had 2 shrimp and a lot of cabbage. But the rice was full of shrimps that’s a plus.
The restaurant is clean. But maybe they need more hands on deck because the food is not it.
I advise you to try your food before you leave.
