Horrible service. Ordered form here for over a year and when they made a mistake they yelled on the phone and refused to replace my meal. The food has been hot or miss the past 3 months. They were rude and screamed on the phone when all I wanted was my meal replaced. Please believe the reviews go somewhere else or try a different cuisine

We are on vacation here and we were searching for good food in this location and we found this place. At first we were hesitant to order from this place because of the reviews we have read. But we tried chicken fried rice and fried chicken and it was delicious and affordable. We highly recommend this place if u love spicy and authentic Chinese food. Don’t forget to ask for extra hot sauce.

I do not want to exaggerate but their food is horrifying . I got a pork egg fried rice for me & my baby good thing I ate it first , because I threw right up . When I spit the rice out I had multiple egg shells in my rice , the onions was not cooked nor the veggies my sesame chicken look like the meat been sitting for a sec . The lady in the restaurant attitude is disgusting all she cares about is money she will be stingy with the food try to say you gotta pay tip for food you pick up and so on . I do not agree w this restaurant circumstances what so ever .

Love this place so much. We have gone here and ordered here from when I was a baby. They have DECADES of great service right here in Arverne. They have seen us grow up, get married, have children, go off to college, come back etc. and we have seen their children grow up, go off to school and come back as well. They are kind and consistent. Some times we do take out, sometimes delivery, but we always tip. The very best Chinese food.

Everything about them is a 0/5 they don’t care about customer service, all they care about is money. They add a quarter to every meal each day making it more and more expensive every time you order. They purposely don’t put the menu in the bag that way they can charge you extra and also charge the tips of the driver. Even if you are a couple cents short they will literally take an item from your order, even if they know who u are by then. Don’t order from here I started exploring other Chinese take out around this area that are cheaper and have better quality of food.
