Unfortunately the food was just OK. It was bland and had no flavor. The service was good, and there was a steady stream of people coming in and out before I decided to try it( I was at the Laundromat next door). My Roasted Pork Rice tasted like white rice dry dried meat chunks. Rice was bland and pork was very dry. Also ordered a Pork egg roll and a Vegetable egg roll and they tasted the same. As a Chef, my best advice is for the Cooks to try everything, I get how easy it to make it everyday and be on cruise control. They have potential if they just start tasting it before it goes out!

This place makes some of the best Singapore Chow Mei Fun I’ve ever had! It is actually spicy, as it should be. Keep in mind they take CASH. But there’s a Chase Bank next door and a laundromat a couple doors down both with ATMs.

New management since June of 2024. Food is noticeably not as good. Mind you, it’s okay. It’s not garbage but not as good as the original owners. They seem to be understaffed too. So if you go in there to pick up your order when business is slow. But on busy day or weekends, you’ll wait in line for a while to pick up your order. The girl giving you your packaged order is also on the phone taking orders and also in the kitchen helping the cooking staff with food prep. So long waits are not uncommon here. The previous owners left out boxes of condiments like mustard and soy sauce for you to take as much as you like. The new owners keep the condiments behind the counter and will only give you a couple of packages in your order. You have to ask if you want more. And even then, they will give you only 1 packet. When I asked the girl at the front counter if the store changed ownership, she said ‘No, they on vacation. They come back in few months.:”
Well, it’s been over a few months and the previous owners are not back yet, so……

They have fallen off! Always rude and now everything is over priced. The food you get delivered is slightly different than when you pickup. I’ve been going here since the 90s. I think the last group and this group are by far the worst. And by reading the reply comments from the establishment, you can see why everyone is so rude. The replies are just as nasty as they are at the restaurant. Make it yourself l….. it’s better that way anyways

My family and I have been coming here for years! The food is great and, until recently, so has the service. I believe within the past couple of years they are under new management and the young lady at the register becomes more rude and condescending every time I go there. The only reason I go is because my mother enjoys their food but they really need to realize that because the majority of their clientele is black they cannot treat people any way they want!

They told us it would take 30 min to 1 hr for delivery. After 1 hour and a half (and multiple phone calls in which we were told it would be delivered in 10 minutes), we told them that if it did not come soon we would not pay for the food. The food finally arrived and we told the delivery man to call his boss while we stood there with him at the door so that we could confirm that we would not pay. We even called the restaurant ourselves and told the owner what was going on. The delivery man refused to leave. He barely even understood enough English to hold a basic conversation. He came closer to me and when I told him to back up, he refused. I told him to back up because he was making me uncomfortable. He didn’t. I even said I would call the police if he did not get away from me. He still didn’t move. When I tried to close the door, he tried to PUSH HIS WAY INTO MY HOME! I called the police on him and had to push the door closed to lock it as he was still trying to get in!!!! While waiting for the police, the delivery guy moved his car into the driveway, now trespassing on our property. The cops had to arrive to resolve the issue and the entire time the delivery man acted clueless, as well as the owner of the restaurant. WE WILL NEVER BE GOING BACK THERE AGAIN!
