Love this place. The preorders can be slow I have seen but the walk in have a seat experience is awesome. The food is fantastic n the price is amazing. If u have not tried them I encourage you to. It’s great for families with kids of all ages n the staff are so nice n down to earth friendly. Do you have any idea what a rare quality that is for a restaurant or business. I really look hard for built up scum n forgotten places not cleaned n food quality. I seem none n food was fantastic . Give it a shot. For the price n quality of food I don’t think you will be disappointed. Ty

I wish that I could say this place is good but I’m honestly scared to eat here. The last time I went in, the food was in such a state that it looked like it had been sitting there all day. Definitely not fresh. Everything on the buffet tasted very salty and overdone. I asked for fresh lemon chicken and ended up leaving before they could bring it out, which was ample enough time. The waitress spilled tea in my purse, and although it was and accidental spill, they never offered to make it right in any way. In my experience most places would at least have the manager ask if everything was okay with us. The only thing worth eating there is the crab rangoons, which are obviously not fresh but frozen and reheated.

This is one of the last buffets we have in Fort Smith, it is one of the best. I really hate to see it close with all the other fast food and large franchise restaurants popping up in Fort Smith. Local family restaurants are the best. China Jade has always been good, friendly and resealable priced. I hope they will find a place to reopen.

There are times I have had a five-star experience, and then there are times I have visited and had a three-star experience. Overall the food is fresh most of the time, always warm to hot, and reasonably priced. Selection is a bit small, but then again they do well with the space allotted. The Mongolian grill is included in the buffet price and is a nice touch if you feel like steering away from the stereotypical tastes of Chinese buffet. Overall a good Chinese buffet, and I would recommend to anyone seeking just that.

Absolutely the only Chinese restaurant that I like in Fort Smith and sadly they are about to close down due to the owner of the building choosing a different venture for the building’s future so I went over there this weekend to try to get my fix one last time before they close because they aren’t sure if they’re going to be able to move locations at the moment. They did say that they are looking for another location but they just haven’t found a building that made sense with their business set up. The food is extremely fresh, especially right now since everyone is trying to get their last meal in because they don’t know if they’ll ever get to try it again. It’s delicious and I would highly reccomend that you go in and try the buffet just so you can get a taste of everything that they have to offer. It’s a small buffet but the options are limitless. Just go on and give them a try but hurry because they’re supposed to close by Labor day weekend

Food is great. Staff is very pleasant and helpful. Buffet is kept hot so you get back to table and temp is just right. The atmosphere is laid back and casual. You can always call and order ahead and pick up in drive thru.

Not too bad really, I just don’t go past three stars because back home there are two buffets that tend to beat out all the rest. This was a quaint small buffet with grill. Most things had good flavor and was fresh and priced fair.

Not the greatest looking from the outside, but very clean and nice inside. Food was fresh and hot on the buffet. Best sweet and sour chicken I’ve had in a long time! Great food and great prices. Definitely will return!

Great food. We came close to closing. They fixed us to go boxes so they didn’t have to throw things away. Awesome. Each dish was unique and tastefully. Not just out of the bag and warmed!
