The wonton soup was good but the house special fried rice is a joke! There was nothing “fried” about the rice, it seems to me like they cooked all ingredients separately and then mixed them in a bowl. The onions were raw and the chicken looks boiled

Our go to Chinese food spot since we moved to Marietta 3 years ago I order from here at least once a week. They have the best priced food and it has always been yummy and fresh when I order. Big fan of their Wonton and Egg drop soup they have the best tasting wontons. I can also recommend the Chicken and Broccoli, General Tso Chicken, Sesame Chicken, Veggie Lo Mein, Chicken Wings, Pork Fried Rice, Vegetable Fried Rice, Spring rolls and Vegetable rolls this is one of the few places that gives you two for a good price and they’re delicious.

We ordered two sesame chickens one with rice and one without and we got home and both were the same with rice. We also ordered two shrimp rolls and two regular and also all egg rolls we got were shrimp, thank god I didn’t have a seafood allergy

We are regulars here and are always satisfied. It isn’t a fancy place, but they get the job done and get the basics right. If you can’t get egg rolls right you shouldn’t be in business. Happily, the egg rolls are exactly right and I haven’t had any regrets from any other dishes ( sooo many other dishes)from egg foo young to moo shu pork and beyond. My order has always been correct and 20 minutes seems to be the average for when it is ready, maybe 20-25 when very busy. I am happy to have China Inn close by when an egg roll craving hits!

A family friend and I ordered here and we thought it was fine. It wasn’t a complicated order, it was shrimp with snow peas and house fried rice as well as steamed chicken with rice two egg rolls and then we went back to order spare ribs. When we got home we found out that the shrimp and snow peas was changed to shrimp with mixed vegetables without our knowledge. When we told them we want them to fix this and give us what we ordered, they said it was our fault for ordering shrimp with snow peas and expecting it to only be shrimp and snow peas. We asked if we came in and they would give us what we originally ordered, the shrimp and snow peas, they said yes with no extra charge. Then when we got there they lied and said she never had our conversation. We explained that they falsely advised and was refusing to make it right to the two male family members who said we were in the wrong for ordering shrimp and snow peas. They refused to correct the situation and said we just shouldn’t come back if we don’t know how to order. They refuse to take accountability and prefer to weed out customers they really can’t afford to lose. This restaurant uses gaslighting, manipulation and self sabotage to do their business. If shooting yourself in the foot was a Chinese restaurant, it would be China Inn.

Food was very good!! Lots of mixed reviews on here, however my husband and I enjoyed it. I got the orange chicken and Buddhist delight. Husband got shrimp chow mien and pot stickers. Everything was cooked well and good flavor. Orange chicken had pieces of orange in it which was nice. Rice was cooked well. Not over or under cooked. Vegetables perfectly steamed!! Which can be hard to find. Quick service about 20mins. Small restaurant part so mostly would be for take out.

I have eaten here for many years, since it was taken over by new owners it just isn’t the same. The chicken on a stick is deep fried to leather, the fried dumplings are not dumplings at all but are store bought pot stickers at $7.45 per 8. Unfortunately I have had no luck at any chinese restaurant in my area. It’s as though they just don’t care anymore.

Eat here often and the food is fine but I wouldn’t recommend fried rice that’s the only thing I’ve gotten that is below average is their fried rice not good at all sadly.

I just happened to go by this place at lunch time and realized I hadn’t had egg rolls in a really really long time! I thought I’d give it a try. The egg rolls were fantastic! Nice and crispy on the outside and not soggy like some other places where I’ve been. The filling was fresh and there were large pieces of shrimp and enough pieces of shrimp unlike other places that I have been where the filling is pulverized and there’s one tiny piece of shrimp. I bought a quart of house lo mein but haven’t eaten it yet. Review on that to follow. I would definitely stop back again. Thank you very much China Inn!!

Ordered from here for the first time and unfortunately would not go back. Found a bone in my sesame chicken within about two bites, egg rolls were extremely greasy and my husband ended up just throwing away his shrimp fried rice as it was unappetizing and just a mush texture. Do not recommend.
