We have been ordering from this restaurant for several years and we have had no issues that I can recall. This time, they forgot to send a combo dinner that was ordered. When we called, we were told a manager would have to call us back. We waited 30 minutes with no call. We called back and was told the same thing. No apology or solution. Literally as soon as we hung up, the delivery guy was at the door. Inside the bag were containers and food portions much smaller than ordered or previously delivered. I didn’t bother to call back as I didn’t get anywhere the first time. They have lost a customer.

Order for delivery. Entire order was wrong to include food allergy that was noted on order. When I called they told me a manager would call and didn’t offer to fix the problem. Refund or make a new order. Then hung up. When I called back I got an answering machine and then someone who only knew how to say hello, then answering machine again. It’s clear that you dont get what you ordered and they don’t care as long as they got your money.

Placed an order there and 2 hours later nothing not even a phone call. My finance calls them and they said they will call her back. No call back. I call them told them I wanted my money back and the guy said they will talk to manger and call me back.. now another hour later they are ignoring my calls and letting it go to voicemail. So they just charged us, took the money, and no food. If you want to go here you’ve been warned.

We ordered what they advertised as pancit (chow mei fun) on their website, and first they gave us fried rice. Then, we went back to get it corrected, and they gave us chow mein. When we tried to say no a second time, the man there said we ordered incorrectly, and that if we wanted pancit noodles we had to order chow mein and not chow mei fun. We have always ordered chow mei fun and never had a problem before tonight/ always gotten pancit.
We also got boneless spare ribs, and the portion size was smaller than normal while the ribs themselves were dried out. We ordered fried dumplings and got steamed dumplings. The sesame chicken was so overcooked it was inedible (including the fried rice with it.) They made us return the extra fried rice originally given to us, so we weren’t even compensated for their incompetence.
The general tsos chicken was alright.

Our family has ordered from this place for as long as they have been in business. No issues ever. Today we had an order all meals were correct except one. On the menu we ordered from and the new menu they sent with our delivery C12 Egg Foo Young Pork or Chicken. They sent us C13 Chow Mein Pork. When we called to get it fixed we were argued with and told C12 is not what the menu told us and they refused to fix the issue and get us the correct meal.

The delivery services was super fast as requested, but as previous reviews it was definitely a miss. Fried chicken rice was just a yellow rice work some chicken and onions, and nothing else. The so cold spicy szechuan szechuan pork was soaked in sauce and no flavors, the chef’s special seafood delight was anything but delight, and last and not least the shrimp spring rolls, and shrimp egg rolls were mostly a dough with cabbage no shrimp at all

They delivered my food and the chicken was completely raw. I called to let them know and the woman said she would have the manager call me. 5 minutes later I get a text saying “this is china inn what do you want” and they just proceeded to get more nasty and rude as the conversation went on. Refused to rectify the situation at all. Nasty, unprofessional and potentially dangerous place to order from.
