When I got my order they forgot my drink. I called them and they said they will bring it back. I never seen them called again they said they brought it back and I tipped him 12.00. That was the first time he came to my house. They never came back by and claimed they did. Then asked me to come and get it after I tipped him 12.00 I only live 1 mile away if that. Horrible service they lost a long time customer. I will be ordering china east from here out better food and service.

Absolutely love this place, I live about 12 blocks away and when I order I wait 1-2 minutes and when I get there it is always just done and so hot and delicious by the time I get home. I have not found an item that I don’t like from there so far. My family loves their lo-mein and sweet and sour chicken. Their egg rolls are amazing too!

Absolutely horrible food!! Bean Curd Szechuan is NOT, but just old rubbery fried cubes disguised in sauce! And, General Tso Tofu is the same disgusting tofu covered in sauce!! NOT cooked according to recipes! Avoid this place!!! Rating minus 1 for everything!!

Our family has ordered from this place for as long as they have been in business. No issues ever. Today we had an order all meals were correct except one. On the menu we ordered from and the new menu they sent with our delivery C12 Egg Foo Young Pork or Chicken. They sent us C13 Chow Mein Pork. When we called to get it fixed we were argued with and told C12 is not what the menu told us and they refused to fix the issue and get us the correct meal.

They have good food BUT nothing to brag about but customer service sucks. I work Front desk at a Hotel so you would think they would love our business we even put there menus on display in the lobby. Not anymore because whenever I call this guy gives me attitude he even hung up on me before because I didn’t tell him delivery or pick before I placed my order. The reason for me doing so is to see if I wanted to pick it up or have it delivered. When I asked him about the price because the price on the menus are different he got an attitude told me “You order, No order ” rude like. Just nasty for no reason. Several occasions different I can give more examples but to long already.

I’m glad I’m adventurous and gave China Inn a try. Since my parents have gotten older, they no longer cook, and this is the one local place that has the one dish that is the closest match to the way my dad makes Shrimp & Lobster sauce. I haven’t tried their egg rolls, but I base pretty much everything on how close they get to my parent’s cooking. Food taste and quality is great, and the price on delivery isn’t painful. I’ve been an on and off customer of theirs for the last 2 years.
