First time at this little spot. It’s easy to find, has plenty of parking, and great service by the young girls serving tables. We were seated quickly and food was served as it was made so it was hot and fresh to the table. I got egg drop wonton soup and it was really good, the crispies they gave me were kind of stale but I ate the soup without them. The egg roll just wasn’t that good in my opinion but that’s okay we had plenty more food coming. I ordered Mongolian beef, my teenager ordered General Tso Beef, the hubs got Kung Pao chicken and we ordered pork lo mein to try it out. We had steamed and fried rice and both were good. We all enjoyed our dishes. Would definitely come back. We drove about 45 minutes to try this little place as we live in Sulphur Springs and have limited options. It’s very family friendly and relaxed atmosphere. They do a lot of to go orders so don’t be discouraged if you don’t see a parking lot full. I think there were probably 10 to go orders getting picked up while we were there.

I was surprised to find this good of a Chinese food establishment in Farmersville. We travel 60 mins (36 miles) round trip just to get their food. That’s how good it is!
Rarely do I find Chinese food I enjoy. I grew up eating the best Chinese food in America, China Town in NY. But, China House reminds me of some great take-out from old China Town.
The food is extremely FRESH. Welll prepared and not over salted/seasoned. Their East coast style Chow Mein is most excellent. And their Fried Rice is the best I’ve had in a very long time.
My only issue is their BBQ Boneless Spare Ribs. It is more fat and grizzle than meat. They need to fix that as over 1/2 of an order is inedible.
If they get that issue fixed, this is a 5 star restaurant. If not, 3.5- 4 stars.

If you’re looking for amazing, authentic Chinese food, look no further than China House in Farmersville! Nothing in Princeton even comes close!
Everything is homemade with care (except the fortune cookies ) and bursting with flavor! From the perfectly crispy egg rolls to the rich, creamy crab Rangoon , every bite is a treat.
I had the beef with garlic sauce —a delicious blend of sweet & heat ️ , packed with fresh, crisp veggies like water chestnuts, carrots, broccoli, sugar snap peas, baby corn, bell peppers, and onions. Every bite was packed with bold, mouthwatering flavor!
My wife ordered the sweet & sour chicken —crispy, tangy, and downright delicious! The sauce was perfectly balanced, coating the golden-fried chicken in a way that kept every bite light yet satisfying. And let’s talk about that sweet & sour sauce—you don’t just get a tiny cup; you get a huge bowl! ✨ Not only does it come with the chicken, but you also get plenty with the crab Rangoon—and trust me, it’s some of the best we’ve had in a long, long time!
Now, they don’t deliver, but my wife said it best: China House is worth the drive—whether you dine in or take it home! And I couldn’t agree more! If you love incredible Chinese food made with care, do yourself a favor and make the trip! You won’t regret it!

I’m so glad we tried this little place for lunch yesterday. My wife was hesitant because it can be hard to find food our kids like, but they can’t wait to come back! The lady who served us was so nice and attentive. The atmosphere was peaceful, our kids commented on the pleasant music. The lo mein and General Tso’s were the best we’ve had, and the the rest was good too. We got more than we could eat for a reasonable price. Well worth the drive up from Wylie.

The portions are decent and I got full on half of my food. The rice comes in a separate container which I appreciate. The total was a little over 40 dollars, which was kind of steep but since there’s technically two meals in one, that seems alright.

We ordered the moo Goo Gai Chicken and the sesame chicken.
The sesame chicken was pretty delicious, with a nice savory yet slightly sweet flavor.
The moo Goo was steamy hot with a nice creamy flavor. The added vegetables gave it a nice crunch.
The rice was cooked well, and soft in texture.
The egg rolls were not that good, however. They were a little stale in texture, and the inside was stringy and unappealing.
The drink selection was small, but I picked a lemon iced tea. It was a little too sweet but can be watered down.
Overall the food was fresh and delicious, and we may come by again for something new.

Been going for years and its been great. Today i got the wrong food with my order and when i told them the response was that it was my fault and I must have been tired when i ordered. When i asked to talk with the manager about getting my correct order i was told there was no manager and that losing my business was fine with her.
Heres the receipt. I dont understand how this can be news when not only did i call about it and get told its my fault for getting the wrong order, but my mom came in later to order and pay again for the right food and be told the same thing. Two different people brought this issue up but no ones heard anything about it?

We go about once a month. The food is always served fast and hot. Super delicious. The owners are always there, they always great us with a smile and ask how we’ve been. Prices are great too.

We had traveled to the Princeton area and stopped there for lunch. The location is on Tx State Hwy 78 in a small strip mall. Service is friendly, very polite and conscientious. We ordered dishes from the menu and were quite impressed with the quality and quantity of the meal. It’s certainly worth another visit.

The egg drop soup was amazing and fresh. We got the chicken broccoli, dumplings, sweat and sour chicken, and the chow ming was delicious. Some of the best chinese me and my family have had in a while. Definitely will make a weekly visit.
