Boy, don’t know what all the bad reviews are about. I’ve been afraid to try it because so many but i thought it was good. Didn’t blow my mind but solid. I would definitely eat here again. At the very least it’s almost the only place in town that serves any vegetables.

Lady who took our order was not friendly at all and was rude. Fried rice was over cooked, even doctoring it with soy sauce didn’t help. The sweet & sour sauce was most definitely NOT sweet and sour sauce. The only good thing we got was the crab ragoons. I will drive to Monroe or Madison from now on.

I love this place. I have tried a lot of items, I will say the crab Rangoon and teriyaki beef sticks are some of the best appetizers. I just ordered the Mongolian chef special and it was so delicious. I am so happy we have this restaurant in our town.

We haven’t gotten food here in years because the last time we went it was so awful! Well, today, we were both craving Chinese
food, but we’re too tired to go out of town. So we decided to give it another try. I am so glad we did! It was wonderful! Our food was hot and fresh and tasted amazing! We will be back!

Normally fried rice , is yellow to light brown with mixed vegetables. This was cook in alot of soy sauce. Had onions and tofo ? Not very good! To little pcs. of broccoli and I mean little. And very small order of General Tao chicken. Below average. 1st time and last time there for me.

I thought I had eaten some bad Chinese food in the past. This greasy spoon is the only Chinese restaurant to get a review so maybe it will save someone from the worst meal of their life. It takes a lot of work to make crunchy crab Rangoon. Oops no crab or flavoring. Just cream cheese in a grease laden wonton folded over. The spring roll was not throughly cooked. The fried rice was burnt and greasy. We asked for no mushrooms and right on top of the Szechuan Chicken was a big mushroom in all his glory. I asked for mustard and red sauce for the Cheese Rangoon and got one of each. Now for something good about the restaurant. The delivery was prompt and the person was polite. I’ll never go back.

We have ordered many times through China House. There food is good but the customer service is TERRIBLE. Over the weekend we had ordered. We drove 20 min home to find out that we were missing some chicken. I called and she insisted that I had it. I kept telling her that I did not. She said to come back in. After driving another 20 min back I walked in and she tossed it through the window at me. No apology or anything! I asked of I could get some kind of a coupon for driving 40 min out of my way. She laughed and said no. Unbelievable!!!!!! How can a small business treat people like that!!?

Happened to be in town for an event, so decided to try this place. It’s small with a few tables; primarily a take-out place, in fact, 3 parties came in to get take-out while we were there. But the smell of grease when we walked in the door should have tipped us off that this was perhaps not going to be the quality we were expecting. For starters, the crab rangoon we ordered tasted like old grease. Our entrées, while the portions were very generous, had absolutely no flavor, with way too much white sauce that was too thick and goopy, and tasted like too much cornstarch. We decided not to take any leftovers home, and won’t return either.
