This USED to be my “go to” place until today!
I ordered Orange Chicken and some other things and had it delivered.
When I opened the container it’s Gener Tso Chicken not Orange Chicken. I called them back to see if they would deliver the right order? The lady says “I don’t know what you want? It’s Orange Chicken” Tried to explain I know the difference and she just kept saying no no it’s Orange Chicken!
They just lost a costomer!! Never Again!

Easily one of the best hidden gems in Columbus. Pulling into the parking lot you’ll prob think “man this looks like every other Chinese place in town” BUT their food is sooooo good and always fresh. Never been disappointed with anything I’ve had from China House. Reminds me of what good chinese food used to be when I was younger. Highly recommend China house to anyone

Friendly staff, good and fast service, food is just okay. Not bad but nearly every single other takeout place I’ve been to in the area is just more flavorful (With the exception of Mr O Kitchen that place is awful). My orange chicken was fair but it didn’t taste at all like orange chicken. My wife’s sesame chicken tasted like straight up salt. The fried rice tastes like nothing.

Let me say this!!! The people in this restaurant are simply amazing. I order delivery all the time and when I say my food is hot off the grill and excellent delivery service, I go out my way to tip them with love all the time. I love this place. The crab ragoons are the best and the fried chicken and general tsos is on point. Don’t forget your homemade ice tea that reminds you of the south!!! Great for our community and excellent portion size. Always respectful and nothing but love from this restaurant. I will always rock with them.

Ordered lo mein and fried rice without egg. Order was accurate but I was disappointed that the fried rice had no veggies in it at all outside of onions.The last few times I’ve gotten fried rice from several Chinese restaurants none of them included the vegetables is this a new school way of cooking fried rice? Where can I go and still get onions, sprouts, peas and carrots cause I miss it. My daughter did not care of the lomein at all.

We ordered from here about a month ago. We opted to have our order delivered. When we opened everything up literally everything smelled burned, to the point none of us could get pass the smell to eat it. The egg rolls were so over cooked that they were almost hollow. The crab rangoon was overcooked as well and hardly any filling inside. The sesame chicken was burned on the outside and undercooked on the inside. I called them to let them know about how bad the order was and they said they were getting ready to close and would credit me for my next order. So its been a month so we decided to try it again. I called to place my order and I made them aware of the previous credit, the person kept saying “order please”, so I went ahead and placed the order then she asked for my credit card #. Again I said you guys owe me for a messed up order she said I know credit card # please. I again repeated the entire scenario again, and she hung up on me! So at this point I was so frustrated that I drove to the restaurant. The person behind the counter immediately said “order please” I told her that I was the person she had just hung up on and she repeated my order then asked “cash or credit card”! I said I have a credit due to a previous order being horrible. She then said okay what was wrong with the order and the only sentence I got out was the egg rolls were burned and she said fine ill credit you for the egg rolls we do not offer credits!! I was so frustrated that I told her we would NEVER order from there again and walked out the door! So im out $40.00 for food that was in edible!! Was totally willing to give them the benefit of doubt and try them again! All I can say is businesses that are not willing to replace a botched order and totally lie about promising the replacement are certainly not worthy of my patronage! Cant tell you whether the food is good or not!!! Certainly dont and wont eat food from folks that deceive customers!!!

I have been eating here for at least 20 years. In the beginning it was great, no complaints, huge portions and a very good quality fir the price. In the last 5 years I have seen a change. Od course price goes up that comes with time. The egg rolls are different and the taste is different. Like a step down. The fried rice doesn’t seem to have the same taste. I try not to go now unless I’m feeling very lazy and I don’t want to drive to d.h wou or China Phoenix.(which cost the same or more but the quality is amazing. I’m just sorry to see it change. My kids grew up eating here my 6 grand kids will not
