I ordered through GrubHub, China House, and in the comments, I asked them to add their House duck sauce. I said I would be happy to pay extra for it with the egg rolls that I ordered. I’ve ordered from them many times and I always ask for this house duck sauce. They only send It once in a while. I don’t think it’s fair when I’m spending almost $100 for food and tipping the driver $15-$20 every time. I’m asking, please to be aware about this and change this and you will keep me as a customer. Thank you.

The food here is always good. I’ve been ordering from China House for a long time and I have never had any problems with my orders. The Family Pack Meal is a great deal and easily feeds my family of four with plenty of left overs for another meal. The flavors are great. It’s a small place, but big on quality and great customer service.

At 1st when i called, i thought person over the phone was rude. Once i went to pick up the food as an understanding customer i realized that it was a young kid, possible son working the register and his english wasnt 100%. Lady working the grill was very nice and lovely and once she saw i was a new customer she gave me an amazing present which is that beautiful calendare in which she said was her last! Now the food was veey delicious and we have gone back again.

Went for the “NY Style Chinese Food”, was extremely disappointed. Ordered Ham Fried Rice, Jumbo Size … Rice was an ORANGE YELLOW, didn’t look or taste like fried rice at all, undercooked, with a little crunchy in some pieces and bland, the Ham it seemed it was prepared in a separate pan and added on at the end. BAD. Threw almost whole jumbo bucket away.
The honey garlic chicken I ordered with sauce on the side was pieces of very little chicken in a huge ball of fried batter, no taste, so bland, made it slightly better by air frying it some more at home and added seasoning. The honey garlic dip sauce was very watery.
Pork Egg rolls were ok, we ate mostly that.

Absolutely disgusting! Person working the register is too young to be dealing with customers. Stay in school. I ordered white rice with my meal…I mean you can’t mess up white rice. I was wrong. Way overcooked and slimy for some reason. Sesame chicken? More like sesame batter. Where was the meat? Not even the broccoli that requires no cooking whatsoever was a little on the brown side. Definitely not fresh! Would not recommend.

Unfortunately this place I’ve been going to quite some time that’s disappointed me with delivery and then they made up an excuse that it will be delivering my food when they close at 10:00 I called it 5:45 they dragged out the call and they stayed at that it would take 45 minutes to an hour to deliver it and it’s right down the street on Atlantic and 441 they have totally disappointed me today I hope they straighten up their business performance so they can gather more customers if you had this problem please click yes total bad review for this

I’ve been going there for years. It’s a walk in so no tables. The food is always great and the portions are large. Their son works there. I’ve watched him grow up through the years. Kid works with mom and stays out of trouble.

I called to place an order and this lady starts yelling at me I wouldn’t recommend eating here, the place is nasty her attitude is nasty and the food is nasty, I’m not sure how this place is still in business. My first time ordering here and it was the worst experience. I wouldn’t recommend eating here or ordering here.
