The chicken isn’t 100% chicken. The meat is loaded with some kind of filler; most likely a cheap chicken supplier. Pork in the dumplings isn’t real either. Too much cost cutting, this place was great 15 years ago, but not anymore.

Food was cold, waitress is rude. I ordered my food with extra sauce on the side knowing there was a charge for it when she brought it out I asked where the sauce was and she told me I had enough sauce on it. We have tried this place twice now and it is no better the second time. We will never be back!!!

We ate lunch here today and it was delicious! Yes the Gen. Tso’s chicken is crispy and very flavorful with plenty of tasty sauce. Yum ! Egg roll was large but dripped off extra oil as I picked it up but that wouldn’t keep me from ordering one the next time we return here. Just request extra napkins from the waitress, she’s very nice.

We have tried all the Chinese places in this area because we love great quality food, and this is now our new go to Chinese take out restaurant! There food is by far the best in the area from what we had the other day for Chinese take out. We had the won ton soup (which was the best in town), the General Toe’s Chicken (which was the best in town), and the roast pork lo mien, all were SPOT on delicious and better then all the other places we have tried by far! The portions are good and the egg roles are huge! My only critique would be that the egg roll could have been just a bit crispier in my opinion but the food is AWESOME and is by far the best Chinese food we have had in the Fredericksburg area. Give this place a go!! Trust me, it’s better then what we have gotten at all the other places for what we have tried so far. When we were picking up our food there was also a lady in there that said it’s been their local go too place as well for 20 years! She said it’s the best in the area as well, and that we would love it. Try it, the proof is in the food!

I have been coming here for the past 3 years. Tonight I ordered 60 dollars worth of food and my orange chicken did not tasted as if it was left out for days and warmed up. I called and explained I would like a refund for the orange chicken but I was told that they only issue credit for future orders but no cash refunds. They offered to deliver the orange chicken and take the old chicken while the rest of my food order goes cold. It was not so much an offer as the person over the phone yelled at me. I explained profusely that I have been an avid customer and that my family and I order from them often but to no avail I was told the same thing. I will not be coming here again and will post a Yelp review to reflect tonight’s experience. Avoid this place. Such a disappointment.

Visited on many occasions since 1992, great food and service until recently. Times have changed and so has the management. We had an issue with our last order a few months ago and the manager said “not her problem”. Not my problem either. Apparently this restaurant has no need for repeat loyal customers. I haven’t been back since and there will be no patronage at this business in my foreseeable future. I have moved on and giving my weekly business to Tokyo Express II. Better food, prices and service.

One of the few places we’ve found that has a good menu at reasonable prices. It’s easy access, the servers are available, and friendly. It was a nice change to call for pick-up on the way home. I liked their menu choices and were very happy with the selections of food. They have good portions for the prices, and include a collection of amenities with the meal so you can take it home or eat it on the way.

We have been coming to this restaurant for several years. The service and food are always very good. This week we placed a take-out order. The food lacked taste and the egg rolls were smaller (by half.) Maybe it was because of the take out, but I doubt it.

I nearly had a heart attack when I was told my delivery total BUT, the food was good. It was clean, not all grissle and greasy. The egg roll was one of the biggest ones I have seen in some time. There wonton soup was the same. The dumplings were huge, very soft, the broth was good, not greasy. I also was impressed to see the container my sesame beef came in had maybe 5 pieces of broccoli, but the rest was the beef. Still have enough for another more. All in all it was worth the money.
