I have been patronizing this restaurant for over five years. The lady at the desk has always been rude, but the food has always been good so I just dealt with it. Well today was my last straw and my last time ever coming here spending my money. I called in an order as I always do, I asked the lady for a combination platter. When I get to my car to eat my egg roll I noticed they didn’t put it in bag. I go back in and say hey you forgot my egg roll, the lady proceeds to get loud and tell me I didn’t order a combo platter and that I ordered a special platter and it doesn’t come with an egg roll. I said to her did you take my order she said no, so how do you know what I ordered. I said I specifically said combination platter and specifically asked for pork egg roll. She wouldn’t give me an egg roll wanted to charge me for it and said she couldn’t give me one because the 2 dollars would come out her pocket. I said well you know what here’s your food just give me my money back. She then told me I could no longer call in orders I have to come in, I said I’ll do one better I’ll never order from here again. She would rather lose 20 dollars over a two dollar egg roll. She’s very rude and shouldn’t be dealing with people at all. I’ve spent so much money with this business over the years but they will not get one penny from me ever again. I will spend my money where they actually care about customer service and show a little appreciation for the customer. Without us you’d be out of business!!!!

I rarely ever leave reviews but I felt the need to let others know how their hard earned money is unvalued and unappreciated at this establishment. The woman at the front is rude inconsiderate and down right what appears racist. For the amount of money that I spent and to be treated like a criminal for asking for a paper plate was absurd !!!!I’ve been stop eating from certain places where I didn’t seem to be welcomed and I gladly put this business on the list. Do not eat here,spend your money where you as a person matter and are appreciated!!!

We recently ordered food from this Chinese restaurant for a family dinner. Unfortunately, our experience was not satisfactory. The food quality was poor and the service was lacking. To make matters worse, my entire family of 9 fell sick with food poisoning. We experienced vomiting and diarrhea for 3 days, and it was so severe that we had to call off work. This leads me to believe that the restaurant may not be maintaining proper sanitation practices. I would urge other customers to be cautious and prioritize their health before considering dining at this establishment.

I will never support this business again. Very , very rude lady that works there. Can’t understand english and when I asked her for 2 more duck sauce after putting 1 in the bag with 1 soy sauce for an entire dinner she acted like we were stealing from her. Place looks dirty as well. Can you say NEVER AGAIN???

Please do not even waste your time. The wings are small and they charge way toooooo much for them. I watch the woman who was taking order argue with two different customers and she was very disrespectful. I honest believe she was only this bold because she was behind the glass and I hope they loose customer. She even told the man it’s extra for duck sauce. I was trying to get my food so I could give the man my duck sauce but here is the best part. She told him for 4 packs it was be 25 cents. So he goes to his car and comes back with 25 Pennie’s. He is the real mvp at this point. She yells I’m not taking that he was like I’m paying you give me the sauce. One of the cooks comes and puts it in the sliding window for him. Man this service is so bad and she is so disrespectful.
