We love the taste and freshness of their food. Their wonton soup has the right blend of saltiness and spice. The shrimp cashew has nice big, flavorful shrimp and fresh veggies. You sometimes have to be specific and tell them exactly what you like and they will oblige. My only criticism is that their egg rolls have a funny taste, like they add ginger (which I don’t care for). Other than that, this restaurant knows how to cook your favorite Chinese meals.

We have been ordering from here for years and the food has always been phenomenal. Their Hot and Sour soup is the best. Tried the Singapore Mei Fun for the first time tonight and thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff here are friendly.

Good food. Usually get the honey chicken which I love. I’m not into hot and spicy so this fits the bill. Prices are very reasonable too

Another fine China restaurant, delicious, clean and the staff are very professional. OK, enough of that time to eat. Pictured is the shrimp Lo-mein. Burp, excuse me, lol.

Drove 3 and 1/2 hours to eat here!! Seriously, though, it’s about half way between where I live in Pennsylvania and my son lives in Michigan. My mom and I stopped here the last time we came through, and we specifically planned our trip so we could stop here again.

Super easy in and out. Lots of parking. Clean bathroom. Prices are in line. Food came out blistering fast. And tasty.

Ordered takeout here for the first time tonight. We ordered some staple dishes and we were told 30 minutes to prepare. I arrived at 30 minutes on the dot with the order waiting. In and out, no complaints. There are tables to dine in, but it’s a small strip mall style restaurant so capacity is probably not more than 30 or so.

The chicken on a stick was flavorful, grilled well and not dried out as it tends to get at some places. Initially I didn’t think much of the wonton soup. The broth tasted very thin from what I’m used to, but eventually it took on a very prevalent ginger flavor and I actually enjoyed it quite a bit. There was very little other than broth and wontons though, only a few slivers of green onion.

The Mongolian beef was very good flavor-wise and peppery, which is how I like it, but the sauce was watery. I don’t know if they forgot the cornstarch or what happened. Next time I come here I intend to try their “Hot Spicy Beef” whatever that is…

The General Tso’s was excellent, again with a very pronounced white pepper flavor which sets it apart from others I’ve had in the area. Also not very sweet, which was appreciated. The sauce was sticky without being cloying. I would definitely come back for this and would recommend it to any connoisseurs of General Tso’s.

The pork fried rice and chicken lo mein were both satisfactory no-frills Chinese takeout. I would have liked a little more depth of flavor in both, but Lin’s Garden has me spoiled there.

All in all, a great little spot to add to the rotation. I wasn’t expecting much, but I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent flavors of the main courses. I’m excited to try a few of the other standards and see how they measure up.

My wife had a craving for Hot & Sour soup on a Tuesday when what would have been our usual local place to go is closed, so I went here. I ordered two small (pint) portions to go & the price, to me seemed excessive; at least $1 more per pint than our usual spot. But I wasn’t going to un-order it after ordering it. I could have looked at the menu first to see the price, but I didn’t, so that’s on me. So after she had the first one I asked how it was & she said it was run-of-the-mill Chinese H&S soup, neither better or worse than is typical. So I won’t return here as the price was too much for the item. With several other Chinese food spots along the Gibsonia stretch of Rt8, I can get it for le$$.

Very nice place for a quick chinese dinner. Food is very tasty and the service was honorable.

Went back a 2nd time and in the King Pau chicken there were no mushrooms, tiny corns or water chestnuts and only 5 peanuts. Not very spicy. Tastes like General Tsos and the chicken was breaded as it’s not supposed to be.

It will be awhile till I return.
