Stopped by during business trip for quick lunch. Absolutely disappointed. Chopsticks were dirty and looked used one. Coke was mixed with tap water. Chicken in my dish was cooked disgusting. Absolutely not recommended.

My friends and I were driving through Bangor, ME to head to Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park and had a deep craving for Chinese food, so we decided to stop by China Harbor to get our fix. It is ABSOLUTELY a must-stop place if you’re in the area and want delicious Chinese food. We ordered the crab rangoon, chicken wings, the beef lo mein, and virgin pina coladas (safe driving please), shrimp fried rice, teriyaki skewers, and a couple more dishes (only some pictured below!). I usually don’t leave reviews but everything was delicious, not greasy or overly salty, which some Chinese restaurants can overdo, and the staff were so friendly providing us recommendations at Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park, that we decided to stop by again when we were driving through Bangor on our way back home. I’m not sure where the one stars are coming from, but China Harbor is a must if you want Chinese food!

If you are on your way to Acadia this place is a must stop. This family-owned restaurant offers a variety of tasty American Chinese food with great service. Just a quick detour off of 395 with free parking, it only makes sense to stop here for lunch and avoid the crowds at Bar Harbor. The General Tso’s Chicken, fragrant and fresh, came out in a very well served portion. My absolute favorite was the Crab Rangoon, a crisp sweet & savory deep fried dumpling that I could eat for days. The staff is super friendly and can give you tips about things to do (and not do) in Acadia and Bar Harbor. Definitely worth the stop.

This is the best Chinese place in Bangor! If you’re looking for a hole-in-the-wall place with great food, this is it! Don’t be fooled because it almost always looks closed, the food is amazing!

The food is pretty good, just not a. fan. of the spare ribs as they are rather tough and dry. I do love their crab ragoons , one of the better around alongside noodles (which I will admit is my favorite place to go for Chinese food). They are a bit pricey though.

American Chinese food. Price is higher than New York, the older woman is rude with attitude. First time me and my friends come to this town and so happy to see a Chinese restaurant, the woman acting she don’t want any customers come. While I’m waiting for my food to go, hear her lies to others over the phone.

Wonderful food. Excellent service. Highly recommend. Just one thing, though. Maine apparently has zero, to no, spice palette, so you’ll need to request the hot oil & spicy mustard to compensate.
