As I entered the restaurant I could feel a bad aura. I noticed all the seats to sit on while waiting to get to go food, 8 seats were ripped up and torn, these chairs fabric to sit on looked like parasites were on them bc there’s no way yo clean them when there ripped. The seats in dining room area to eat in were half torn to shreds, so about 60.66% of chairs at this restaurant are literally unclean and ripped up. That’s not clean. President XI is all about Chinese cleanliness I was told when I waited on him at Hannah Country club in NY.

I went here because the reviews were good but i dont know if i went on a bad day or time but the food was not good at all the egg foo young was disgusting tasted like scramble eggs with raw onions. The crab ragoon was rubbery on the outside. Definitly needed to be cooked longer. Not worth the money i spent. Will not be returning here again. Such a disappointment driving 30 mins for wasted money.

I’ve eaten here all my life, came back to visit my mom, and stopped in it was not how I remembered. There must be new management because I was very disappointed in my food, the taste and the time we had to wait. I’m sorry, but that’s it for me no more eating here!

I’ve been eating her a large portion of of my life child. I’ve from that area, about 8 minutes away and customer service isn’t perfect but it’s typically decent. Depending on who the person is at the register wages the quality of the customer service.
Tonight I called and was asked to hold and then hung up on. And when I called back and explained as such, I received a cavalier attitude. So I decided not to order from there tonight and opted for the other local restaurant.
I personally have worked my share of jobs and knew the job description and work environment before I started – I knew that regardless of my personal feelings or the environment I was expected to perform. This was just a distasteful experience.

This used to be my favorite place to get good Chinese food and good service around here but today was a different story. The waitress completely ignored my 3 year old niece. She didn’t bring her silverware OR her cup of water. It was literally like she was invisible. I had to get up and get my own napkins because she didn’t even come back to check on us. It was not busy at all so there is no reason why we didn’t get good service. I’m usually a very well tipper and have waited tables for years, but I didn’t want to leave her anything at all it was so bad. And to top it off the food wasn’t no where near as good as it used to be. I’m sad that I will no longer be able to enjoy that place like I used to. Everyone has bad days but that’s no excuse for the crappy service and food that we received today.

I ate Bean curd with vegetables for lunch. That afternoon my stomach started hurting, it hurt all night until about 5:30 a.m. the next day. In addition I suffered from vomiting and diarrhea. It was a horrible experience. Bad service. It should be closed. My friend who ate there had a similar experience at a different time. We thought we would give them a second chance since it had been a long time since we had eaten there. Never again!!!!
