After ordering and receiving my meal, I went to throw something away in their trash can by the kitchen. Not only was the outside of the white can totally filthy, it had tiny flies and maggots all over the inside or the trash in the can.

MAGGOTS and flies! I told the owner about this. She proceeds to grab a can of bug spray and spray the can instead of removing the trash liner and washing the can.

I approached her and told her this place is absolutely filthy. I dropped the meal in the can and left.

Calling the health dept now.

I’ve ordered the CHOW Mein (chicken, beef and Pork) and thenlargebis a HUGE portion. Enough for left overs. The egg rolls are pretty decent too

If I could give this place a zero I would. I just spent $50 here and order here regularly for them to screw up my order. Which I order all the time and the owners proceed or scream and argue with me. I’ll never go back. Terrible customer service

I recently just ordered krab rangoons, general tsos chicken, and shrimp FRIED RICE. Left a tip and left, when I got home I realized I was given shrimp lo mein. I called and told them of their mistake only to be told that she repeated the order back to me and I said yes. Completely un true. She told me I could bring back the lo mein and I recieve what I actually ordered/paid for. Which is fine but accept the mistake is on your end and simply rectify it. I feel bad for whoever orders shrimp lo mein today because obviously they will just be reusing it. This incident warranted me to read past reviews and this has occured before. Save yourself and drive to Cape, I know I will be from now on.

Well I’ve been ordering Chinese food from several different places throughout my years, I’m not a child I’m a grown adult, I usually pay a couple dollars extra for white meat when I order General Tso’s chicken, normally I have never got an attitude like I got from China Garden lll , BUT you can only imagine the frustration I got when I received the attitude while asking a few questions about the menu, after hearing from several people that they had the best Chinese food WELL . WELL I was not buying SO why not , I got SO excited ….. WELL they might have the best Chinese food, ( SOME SAY) but awful, disgraceful customer service. How hard is it to take the chicken from( sweet and sour chicken) ” which is already breaded” and white meat as asked for and add some General Tso’s chicken sauce on it ? Totally unacceptable….. She was too busy to answer my questions, she was too busy to talk to me , and actually got frustrated

In my world where I grew up, very customer service oriented, they should be very ashamed of themselves. ***** FYI whether a customer is buying a 10 Cent peice of candy or a 25 dollar bottle of wine, everyone and anyone should be treated equal. . #Manners #patients #kindness . *****My kids treat people with more respect than these grown adults. Smh……. I hope you take this review serious because I’m sure I’m not the only one that has ever felt the unneeded disrespect , well I was nice as can be and also asked you how your day was going. I called in my order of a Large Beef Lo Mein. I picked it up & brought it home. It was not Lo Mein. It was Beef & Broccoli. I called and let them know that it was wrong. She said that she repeated it to me on the phone & I said yes. I couldn’t understand her on the phone, but I did repeat a Large Beef Lo Mein. I asked if I could return it for what I had ordered. She said No. I am extremely disappointed & unfortunately I will not go back. I loved their Beef Lo Mein.
