Folks were NOT lying about the crab Rangoon being ridiculously good. Catfish was also tender and nicely fried. Veggie fried rice and egg too young were pretty good. Great prices.

I really don’t like giving one star, but in this situation, I have to.

We wanted to try somewhere new, and a friend recommended us here. Ordered three combos, and a vegetable egg roll. Everything looked good at first. . .

The meals are vegetable heavy. Love vegetables, but need meat too! Not enough meat in the Mongolian beef to give three of us two pieces each. All onions and green onions, and very bland. The Kung Pao had two large pieces of chicken, and they were clumps of fat. Flavor was good though. The Sesame Chicken was good, until the fat and weird fat taste took over. Maybe half was edible in the end. The egg roll. . . No way it didn’t come from the frozen department from the Shop N Save next door. It was mushy and gross; half was thrown away.

I must give credit for the crab Rangoon. They were definitely some of, if not the best from a fast Chinese restaurant.

The portions weren’t terrible, but in comparison to others, they seemed light. That was fine in this instance, since we threw half of it out anyways.

Catfish was delicious. But ordered Shrimp with Lobster sauce and it had a clear plastic something in it, I took it back and asked and she said it was something about it’s pasta shell, I got shrimp with Lobster sauce, no pasta

This is a takeout facility. A few chairs and tables, but essentially pick up and go.

The menu is pretty standard with most Americanized Chinese dishes. The food was good, the pricing was more than reasonable, and the line went to the door—and the conversations I heard as I waited, suggest a loyal following to this restaurant.

Its good, tge food tasted freshly made, and the portions were substantial. A good week night or weekend spot for quick carry out.

Food was terrible. The chicken tasted old, the vegetables tasted raw and turned at the same time. Very disappointing.

We lived in Stl 10 years &
while visiting Florissant from Chicago we tried China Garden a few hours ago, and ordered 2- large shrimp Egg foo young, chicken wings – crab ragoon. We’re used to 4 patties vs 3; both dinner boxes cook skimped on gravy- half full. we reheated & “added water for more gravy”-; wings over cooked; crab ragoon good.

Please don’t skimp on gravy, not the normal for half gravy on Egg foo young dishes. And friendliness doesn’t hurt either 🙂
