I ordered food for pick up and when I got home I realized the teriyaki Chicken was undercooked/raw. I called the restaurant to ask for a refund as I’m not going to eat the salmonella chicken. He informed me that I can bring the food back and ask for a replacement but they are not willing to offer a refund. Obviously at 8:45 at night. I am not driving back to a restaurant 25 minutes away. That closes at 9:30. Absolutely a horrent customer service and terrible policy on behalf of this company. 10 out of 10 do not recommend and if you eat there, make sure to check your food before you get three pieces in and realize that you probably are going to have food poisoning in the next day.

Everything was fantastic on Christmas Eve. We walked in and had our order within 20 min. We sat and ate and they brought it to our table even though they were slammed! That was so nice of them. The general Tso and orange chicken were crispy and delicious. The low mein was perfect. Will definitely be back!

Well surprisingly the boneless spare ribs weren’t bad but the egg roll was flavorless and I guess the chicken that they put in the fried rice is boiled and shredded and it had no flavor whatsoever but I will never go there again because not only was the place filthy dirty, I’m talking the floors and the tables have not been wiped or mopped in WEEKS!! I Don’t know how it’s possible but even the metal napkin holders were disgusting and there was food all over the tables and the floor, and the windows were filthy as well as the trash can, seriously, I wouldn’t even want to touch it with my bare hands. And to top things off the woman working the register was rude as hell even to my 86-year-old client. Unacceptable!

A Young lady at the counter had our order incorrect and when asking for a receipt she blatantly ignored the request. I had to drive back and when I explained how rude she was ignoring my family member she didn’t not apologize and stated she thought they said something else. Instead of respectfully apologizing and ending with a great resolution She simply did NOTHING! #HorribleCustomerService

Just moved to Hampstead and my mom is visiting from out of town. We really wanted Chinese and we were excited to pick up some hot yummy food from here. Pupu platter was subpar. It was gross, threw out half the food because it was burnt. Consider reviewing best practices if you want to stay in business and build a positive reputation in the Hampstead community.
We are willing to try coming here again in the event that you were just having a really bad night and it was a one off. But please don’t serve your customers burnt food.

I honestly hate to leave a bad review for them, but in the last 6 months the amount of meat that you get in the dishes has decreased significantly, to the point where the cost doesn’t seem worth it anymore.

I’ve lived here for 2 years and avoided this place because of the low rating compared to the options in porters neck and surf City. Being too lazy to drive anywhere farther than a few miles this week, I finally gave this place a try. I just kept telling myself how bad could it be? Turns out…not bad at all. I’m convinced the bad reviews are from people who just don’t understand this type of food. I grew up in PA, where this type of Chinese takeout is on literally every corner and I was super depressed when I moved to NC and realized that it wasn’t really a thing here. I got the vegetable lomein and Hunan chicken. Both were absolutely delicious. Lo mein wasn’t dry and had lots of fresh vegetables. The Hunan chicken had a good amount of fresh vegetables, great sauce to meal ratio, and tender chicken. Will definitely be ordering from here again.

Went there for the first time today to get take out. The girl at the counter was very nice and polite I ordered chicken on a stick. Shrimp fried rice and two vegetable egg rolls. The egg rolls were crispy and very good. I asked for my shrimp to be cooked well done they were cooked great and the chicken on a stick was delicious. There was a man and woman cooking in the back they seemed nice and professional they did an awesome job. I’ll be back!!! My husband also said was really good.
