Contrary to this Google Maps listing, China Fun is NOT open for dine in, only take out. There should be a big sign on the door specifying NO DINE IN! I hope this restaurant goes out of business!

Delicious! On Saturday night 2/18, my partner and I ordered chicken lomein, sesame chicken, crab rangoons, and plain lomein. Everything was amazing and tasted great. The crab Rangoon were perfectly fried (and not dripping in oil, a rarity), the lomein was stuffed to the brim, and the sesame chicken had a perfect balance of sauce. There was so much food, we had leftovers for two days after. The order was ready in 15 minutes! The person I spoke to on the phone was very personable, friendly, and a little funny too. This is some of the best Chinese food in VT, definitely the best in The Valley. 20000/10, will definitely go again!

Look — you know what you’re getting with this place and it delivers. It’s classic Chinese takeout — no spice, standard recipes, frozen spring rolls — but that is really delicious if you’re in the mood. The lo mein is greasy and salty and it hit the spot. The hot and sour soup is a little disappointing. The service was functional. I would eat here again: nothing was bad or gross, but I won’t be traveling out of my way to make it happen. 3 stars baby

I love and will always love China Fun in Waitsfield. Delicious, quick but not compromised, and fun interactions with the staff/owners. Quality is on point with the price, I have never had to wait long nor had anything ever incorrect.

If you’ve been around Vermont long, you know that most of the Chinese food on offer is inedible. Like not even worth complaining about. The good news is: China Fun is predictable, enjoyable, and totally worth it. It’s not going to win any awards, but it’s exactly what takeout American Chinese food is supposed to be. Highly recommended if you’ve got those cravings!

First and foremost, if I could give this establishment a 0-stars rating, I would. It’s that awful – the customer service and the food.

We were getting take out after a day of skiing, and we were sorely disappointed. The man on the phone was rude and unhelpful. The food only tasted like soy sauce and sugar. The crab rangoons were barely filled, the sesame chicken was terribly sweet, and the Kung Pao shrimp were overdone. To top it off we found a long black hair in our Hunan beef. Steer clear of this restaurant.

Food is always good. The guy on the phone is quite sassy. I think he prefers you give the quantity, then the menu item number when ordering. I just wish they would make egg foo young again.
