Don’t order the General Tso’s Chicken. It’s chunks of old, hard, stringy, previous cooked, mystery chunks covered with thick batter and syrup with the hope that you won’t notice what you’re eating. I used to order from this place all the time. Since they changed owners in the last 3 years it has went down as far as quality and service. The women at the front counter are very rude and disrespectful. After giving them another shot a few weeks ago, The lady said “today it’s $15 min. for delivery” instead of the usual $10 min. that’s posted in the restaurant.

I don’t know who answers the phone but she is the most disrespectful human being I’ve come across. She kept yelling at me over the phone when I was trying to make my order. She kept shouting “do you understand, do you understand” no I don’t because she kept yelling and I couldn’t get a word in! I got frustrated and shouted back at her. That seemed to get her back to reality that u can’t just shout at someone but then she hang up the phone! Just horrible and disrespectful. I wasn’t even ordering the food for myself cuz I stopped eating Chinese food. I was doing a favor but look at the disrespect. They need to replace her on the phone if they want better business. Just horrible!!

Ordering is always a hassle! The lady that answers the phone is always disrespectful no matter how polite you are and it’s honestly disgusting. I will not be ordering from here ever again honestly I’ve had it. I’m putting money in your pockets and for whoever runs the business that allows her to still answer after all the complaints (because I’m sure there’s more) is pitiful and she will run all your business away because no one should have to put up with the disrespect while simply trying to order food. I’m honestly done.
