Very poor selection of food to choose from. The high chairs for kids were very sticky as in probly haven’t been cleaned well in quite sometime. First red flag should’ve been the fact that the high chairs were stuck together literally. I get them apart and set my child in and the strap was bad sticky and nasty to the touch. However with all this being said the food wasn’t terrible and the service itself was pretty good.

The options were very slim, just about everything was empty and only 1-2 things were filled during the 30 minutes my husband and I were there. Rice was over cooked and the “crab” Rangoon was nothing but cream cheese. The only reason it got 2 stars instead of 1 is because the wait staff was kind and attentive.

Ate there, the noodles were plain. So i got another plate and the Chinese lady (who I assume is the owner) was rude about me leaving the noodles and getting something else. We will not be returning to this restaurant and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone else. The food is only fresh right at 12 anyways. Every other time its completely dried out.

Aside from the fact that the buffet food tasted microwaved, I had prepaid so I was resigned to eat the food on my plate. But then I saw a cockroach on the floor by the buffet bar. I had to walk out and find something decent to eat. If you’re in Wynne looking for Chinese food, Bin’s is a higher quality all around.

I will not go back to this place. While still eating (only had one plate a piece and been there maybe 15 mins) the owner came up to us and told us this was an all you can eat buffet not come in and waste and made a snide comment to our waitress about needing to charge us an extra 2 dollars. We just got up paid and left. I have never been so rude to before it was embarrassing. We hadn’t even had the chance to finish our food. Even though the food really wasn’t that good in the first place and was bland.

Went in with my Girlfriend and mother at 12:45pm. Susposedly lunch time, but needless to say there was nothing on thier buffet and everything was over cooked and even the fried biscuits were burned and hard. Thought since we ordered the buffet they would fill it. But alas No! probably the worst chinese restuarants I have ever visited. And that is promoting this very well. I would never recommend anyone to visit.

Thank God I have never ate here! I was in the kitchen on 8/15/19 and honestly the filth disgusted me! So consider this a PSA: I seen the roaches (dead and alive), rat poison in the open, water pouring from ceiling, and the build up grease and dirt so eat here at your own risk!

The Chinese express is one of the worst Chinese restaurant that I ever tried in America. The foods in the menu of Chinese express are usually cost too much than I thought, and the foods are actually taste like rotten seaweed.

This has always been my favorite Chinese restaurant! I always order through the drive thru and it’s always fresh and taste great! The owner is also very nice each time I come too.
