Im actually shocked by some of these reviews. I’ve lived here 5 years and have never had an eggroll “missing”, dry “rice” etc. We order here pretty regularly. Once I had the wrong order given to me, I went back and they rectified it immediately. The food is delicious. If you give 1 star because they forgot your eggroll, shame on you. These reviews are equally important to giving local businesses support. Not giving them a chance to rectify something is just poor judgment on yourself.

I’ve lived here for Three years now and keep coming back to China express because after trying the other Chinese places around me this one never disappoints me! Their chicken is never dry or hard! The flavor of their food is amazing! The rice is just the way it needs to be! I never have any complaints! Oddly, enough every time I have tried other local Chinese’s places I’ve always had something not be good! I felt they needed a good review because lunch today really hit the spot! Thank you!!

Went there because they are one of the few places open after hurricane Milton and found a small cockroach on my sauce. The rest of the food was okay but as soon as I opened the krab ragoon sauce & saw this, my appetite went away and I threw the rest of the food away. Absolutely DISGUSTING and UNACCEPTABLE!!!

Went there to get curry beef with onion. Usually I go to the one off Pine Island but I Uber Eated this one without realizing. When I came home there wasn’t just one strain of hair but a whole clump. I called and civilly (without yelling) told them what happened and they said they would rectify it. Which they did but only half of my order. I just got home from picking it up and when I went to open it, they remade the beef and vegetables but not the rice? Why?
Now I usually hate complaining because culturally I consider it rude and kind of embarrassing but this just made me mad. You are a restaurant and while I commend you for keeping your word and rectifying the issue, I wish you fixed the entire order and gave me my entire replacement order. Not just the beef and vegetables. Never going back. I’ll stick to the one on Pine Island if I even eat at China Express again after this. Disgusting.

After paying $40 for soup and eggs rolls, most of 1 container of soup spilled out into the bag leaving no soup. Upon calling the restaurant I was supposed to have the owner call me and issue a refund. No call, no text, this place has gone downhill fast and should be fined for the taking of customers money and ripping them off!!!

I use GrubHub for the Time in the delivery was quick. we ordered Mongolian beef and vegetable egg for Young. Let me start off. I say my vegetable egg foo was very good. It’s three large patties with a little bit of gravy on the side. It could’ve used more gravy. They also need to add salt to their rice the rice is flavor less. Now for the Mongolian beef i’m going to show a picture of it. It was a big container and it was 90% filled with onions we saw two slices of green pepper and possibly eight thin slices of beef. I can’t believe it was like all onions. The flavor was good but for $19 or $18 and change whatever it was it was not worth it. My egg Young was also expensive for egg for Young. It was very good need more gravy. It was overpriced, but still was good. we only ordered the Mongolian beef and the egg for Young. We had free delivery to Amazon and then we of course did a 20% tip. The bill came to $46.
