The food was AMAZING!!! the lady at the front was so friendly and so kind. By far the best experience I have ever had. After traveling across the country for 6 days this was so perfect!!! Heavily recommend them. The food is so good!!!,

not a positive experience last time, but in the past, the fried fish has been perfect, and i like to put the hot mustard sauce on it. i would come back for it.
i tried the general tso’s chicken here most recently, and it was just plain disappointing. it was extremely lacking flavor, compared to other Chinese restaurants in my area that know how to prepare it. they might as well just call it “chicken with sauce that isn’t adding anything to the experience.” general tso’s is the dish i use to rate an entire Chinese restaurant, and decide to try other things on the menu. maybe there are other dishes they can execute better.
for what it’s worth, the posters on the wall are cool, and they keep the place clean with one of those automatic vacuums. the portion sizes in the to go boxes are very generous. however, quality of food is what it’s all about, and i just didn’t feel like i got what i paid for in that regard.

First time visiting the city and this restaurant. We stopped because there were alot of people there and wanted some Chinese food. I usually dont write a review if its not positive but, this was the worst decision. The food was awful! Ive never had real ham chunks in rice but that was ok. The kids ate it. But the rest. The two pieces of fish were large but it had no seasoning and so much breading on it I couldn’t eat it. The honey chicken tasted like it was just honey with no seasoning. The wings that were supposed to be lemon pepper had no seasoning. I should have just given them thirty seven dollars. Maybe it was a bad day. I really hope it was.

I have come to the conclusion that you don’t know what real chinese food is supposed to taste like. If you ever had Chinese food from a city, you are not going to like this. So keep your money. Looks semi good too much wetness, but don’t taste good at all. You see the pictures. Before and the 2nd picture, is what’s going in the trash.

We got the orange chicken plate, but unfortunately, they forgot to remove their infested roaches from their ingredients / fryer because as you can see, there was a ‘roach’ (Palmetto Bug) leg embedded into one of the chicken pieces… Clearly, they are unsanitary.. We noticed the orange ‘glaze’ was very bland before hand, tasted Old… then we noticed this insect leg.. Absolutely horrifying and disgusting. Never eating here again and telling all my co-workers and friends in Barnwell to stay clear of this place. This was NOT staged and we’ve been going here for a while, usually we get sweet and sour chicken, tried the orange chicken yesterday and brought it straight home after work in a sealed bag. You’ve been warned!!!

Alright. Modern day review. You don’t have to be from the city to make good Chinese food, all the other chinese restaurants in the area prove that. Don’t be fooled by their massive portions of rice, this place is absolutely disgusting and you know that from the moment you walk in there.
I wouldn’t even feed this to some animal. The fried rice is always chewy, and don’t worry about how they just used plain old sliced ham for their pork fried rice. Because you’ll get more than ham, pieces of chicken and beef sometimes, which is an obvious sign they’re cross contaminating.
If you order meat, be sure to leave it soaking for a few hours to properly hydrate it, unless you enjoy dry and stringy. I’ve eaten here 5 times because I don’t judge a place by its cover, but God they really hit every worst thing. 9/10 times you people will fail a health inspection you didn’t know was coming.

This is the best Chinese food of all times I’ve been eating it since I was a kid I grew up in Barnwell and no matter in the world where I have traveled this it the best Chinese food around I love the beef fried rice and chicken wings the ham fried rice and chicken wings the teriyaki chicken and beef on a stick I can close my eyes and taste it no matter where I’m at in the world. This is the best Chinese food hands-down in the entire world. I love this food since I was a kid and now my wife loves it. My son loves it. There’s no better place in the world this whole hole in In the wall is the best Chinese food in the entire world, hands-down.
