I decided to pick up lunch here on the way home. I ordered the shrimp chow mein lunch special, which came with plain fried rice, an egg roll, and crunchy noodles. The portion size I got was huge and I had plenty of leftovers to take home! The egg roll was especially tasty, and the fried rice did not disappoint. I got all of this for just $9.50 plus tax. What a good deal!

Excellent place. Always friendly and efficient. To top things off, they have the best Chinese food in the area and it’s consistent. Do yourself a favor and just go here for Chinese. The only difficult part about this place is how it can be extremely busy. Depending on the day and time, you could wait much longer than other places. But that proves how sought after this restaurant is. Owners, don’t change your quality and keep doing what you’re doing!

The worst experience ever I should have read the reviews first the atmosphere was off when we went in there the two ladies in the front didn’t even say hello at all something was saying to my soul get out run but I was with my co-workers and we had limited time we work the night shift so we need food and we thought china Express was gonna do it. I was wrong me being white and my co-workers being mixed and one was black these are good girls . They took me first gave my good friends the stink face like why are you here so sad there food was not like mine and I tried it . Awful I will tell you now I’m never going there again china Express of Brick Town on hooper Do Better American people do not see color get over it 2025 .

Had the worst experience I am a black male with my wife and my three children my oder probably would have been 55 $60 didn’t even didn’t even get recognized took care of two white people in front of me and my family just got up and left no eye contact from the Chinese staff just was sitting there waiting to order very rude black people beware do not eat at China Express awful horrible smell once I got in there eat at your own risk.

Best in Toms River! Taste like city Chinese food. The people are nice. & it’s cheaper than some other local Chinese restaurants. Plus, they add egg rolls and soup with their combination platters. I have eat had anything bad from them. Everything was great! Thank you
