Well the fried rice is good, but I got the sesame chicken and its way too sweet for me. I recommend a different chinese/japanese place.

Normally, I would let stuff like this pass because I love Chinese but my experience was awful. There was only a small amount of choices. The orange chicken didn’t even taste like what it should. The sweet and sour is hardly even chicken and disgusting. The sweet and sour sauce was bad. The only good part about the food was the lo mein. It wasn’t too bad but not the best. The staff were rude and lazily threw the food into the containers. The absolute worst part was how the fortune cookies cost money! Free fortune cookies are always the best part but not here. I will not be getting food from here anymore.

The food was not edible. I would’ve asked for a refund but the staff didn’t really appear approachable so I figured it wasn’t worth the hassle. The fried rice was soggy and had no flavor, and the entree’s were slimy and tasted off. Save your money for a better option at the food court.

I loved it. I got the general tsaos chicken and lo mein noodles. I was helped by Malee and her friend. They were both so sweet and polite. I hope one day they see this review. I am usually pretty generous with my ratings but after the digestive reactions this place gives me as well as my food having a dirty taste 40% of the time I couldn’t even bring myself to put 3 stars. When the food is done right however the food actually tastes really good and you get a lot for what you pay. As this is a takeout restaurant I really don’t mind the lack of special treatment as a customer by the staff but if you are picky about it then panda express is what you are looking for.

I love going here, but today was especially disappointing. I had ordered 3 entree and a side, and when asked if the third entree was also for me, I answered yes. She responded by dumping the food already on the plate BACK into the serving tray. She then gave me another helping, on the exact same plate, but cut the size of the portion in half. I asked no questions about this health-harardous practice and went to pay for this ill prepared meal. I told her I was an employee, but gave me no discount. She explained she could not change it this far into the transaction. I said it was not an issue and tried to hand her the cash for payment. She responding with almost a full minute of explaining why she couldn’t change it during which I repeatedly assured her I wasn’t upset. The payment process which takes normally 30 seconds ends up taking almost 2 minutes due to her constant explanation. Needless to say I will be complaining in person to a member of staff and manager.
