10/10, everyone here is so nice. i was immediately greeted at the door, it clean, the food is hot and fresh and GOOD. definitely worth the try!

I should have just walked out…. Everything was old…. Not an hour old… like all day, hard, gross.
They are clearly violating health codes.
They piled newly cooked food on top of very old stuck to the pan, been sitting all day food.
We had a bite to try things and put our full plates up to be collected and left.
We paid…. We left. Hungry.
We are not the kind of family to ask for a refund…. But I’ve never wanted to more.
We will just never go back.
We are making a report with the health department as well and I just wanna express this isn’t a matter of opinion, The food and the way it was being handled was unsafe. We all tasted a detergent or something…. The plates were dirty, the lettuce looked days old, and shrimp was in slightly cool water….
I’m worried we even gave it a shot but my family had been wanting Chinese buffet and I regret that’s the one we chose.
The noodles and rice were the only things that seemed safe and the noodles were…. The worst I’ve ever had. Like raw dough? The rice was mushy and they said it was fried rice but there were no veggies or anything… just mushy yellow rice.
I’m so disappointed and disgusted.
Never ever again.

China East was a family favorite. Unfortunately, the last 2 times I went, the food taste & quality has deteriorated. It’s very unfortunate China East used to be delicious, service was great and atmosphere was welcoming and wonderful.
The table I was seated at had no condiments, no S & P, just cheap napkins. When I pulled my chair out, the entire seat slid off! I’m sad this once wonderful place, now has stale and old food on their buffet. The best thing was the hot & sour soup.
I won’t return and Unfortunately I can’t recommend any more.

All the fried foods were excellent, as good as you could ever hope for. The main dishes were satisfying yet the flavor was Americanized, not traditional or regional. There were two or three seafood offerings and at least one beef. General Tsao’s chicken was too sweet for my taste. I like spices and regional flavors. Deserts were good too. I’m looking forward to going back and trying a different selection this time.

We picked up an order at China East had not been there in awhile.
The food was excellent and we will be going back again! Better than most places. General Tso’s Chicken, Chicken Lo Mien, Moo Goo Gi Pan, egg rolls and crab ragoon.

Slightly weird thing to complain about but they are often not great about bringing your bill. I live in Piqua and work mainly in Troy. If I was on a work lunch there are times that I would definitely be having to get attention so my employer wouldn’t wonder if I was actually coming back. Today was the worst I have experienced and I am glad I have the day off. I finish eating, go to the bathroom, and it is like I disappeared. There are two people here, one or maybe both I think are the owners. They were somewhat attentive once, getting another water when I was still eating. But after that bathroom trip I might as well have just left. The woman goes outside doing landscaping or do something. The man is eating. The woman comes back in and it doesn’t dawn on either one to bring a bill, check if I am okay on water. It’s like if you don’t want my money, thanks for the meal.
Good quality is generally fine. Chinese buffet food is not wonderful or horrible generally speaking. There cheesy mashed potatoes are pretty good and their hot and sour soup is better than Golden Bowl in Troy, which is just too bland.

By far the best buffet we have ate at. Clean tables, the buffet was spotless the workers and owners really care about their customers. The food was fresh and hot. The service was TOP notch. for 3 of us it was only $40.00
