The Sushi was average for a Chinese buffet, but it’s there.
Spicy Chicken is Fantastic. Medium heat (on an Asian scale), hint of garlic, a touch of sweetness. VERY nicely balanced and fresh.
The sautéed whole mushrooms were surprisingly good, like, just really good, and the deep fried Gyoza was delightful with a well balanced sweet and sour sauce.
Fried rice and Rice Noodles were also really good.
I won’t come back for the sushi, but I will come back for the rest. It’s wouldn’t fair, though, to lower the rating of a Chinese restaurant because of their take on Japanese dish.
Also, I ate here at 2:30 when one would expect the dishes to not be as fresh. Again, almost everything I had was great!
The reviews were not that great but he wanted to go so we did.
The cashier upon entrance was not very friendly. The sign says to wait to be seated but yet she told us to sit anywhere.
We decided on the left side since there was a crying baby on the right.
The waitress that met us at our table was also less than friendly. I guess when you’re watching people stuff their faces all day, it can get old.
We made our way to the buffet area and at first glance, I was not impressed. None of the food was labeled nor looked that appetizing. I had read they had sushi so that was what I was looking for. I finally found it on the opposite side of the buffet. This is why I’m giving this place four stars – their sushi selection was excellent. And it tasted pretty darn good too!
The dessert bar had a lot of good stuff to choose from and I grabbed several smaller pieces to try. Most of it was great. A few pieces tasted like they had been sitting out for a while- like dried out – but maybe they were supposed to taste like that? Don’t know since they were not labeled what they were.
My husband was satisfied with the choices of food he ate and I was satisfied with the sushi selections I ate so we may go back in the future. Now we know what to expect so won’t be disappointed next time.
Oh, and if you bring a tiny baby to a restaurant, please pay attention when it cries and don’t let it cry the ENTIRE time you are eating! It’s rude and not good for your baby to cry that long. Let others enjoy their time out.
Most of our party arrived between 7pm and 8pm so the majority of the food served in the buffet wasn’t as fresh due to they were going to close within a few hours.
At this time of night they were spending more time getting ready to close for the evening than normal cleaning so the food areas were pretty messy.
We’ve eaten at better Chinese buffet before during more regular hours (lunch and early dinner), had better food and cleaner areas.
All in all, considering everything it was okay.
I tried a couple bites of 16+ of the hot options as well as sushi and dessert.
After noticing the parking lot is mostly full every time we pass by, we decided to give it an go. Even on a Monday afternoon the food was fresh and refilled constantly throughout our visit.
Now come again, all just meeeh!
First of all, food wasn’t even filled. Food were dried up, hard, been outside for long hours, the only things that looked fresh is the mongolian grill, but the raw ingredients were all up outside for too long, so can’t consider fresh either.
Also service not good, especially our server just standing around, passing us several time, picked dirty plates yes, but not even once refilling our drink. We were coughing here and there due to the dryness as well.
The sushi part? Who on earth serve spine part of salmon on sushi? That’s look like ‘i don’t give a damn about my job anymore’.
Nah not recommended at all, and will not coming anymore.
The salon itself is quite clean. The receptionist was a bit rude.
Huge selection of seafood and fish, and for me this is very critical because I do not eat meat.
Grate selection of salads, sauces and, most importantly – desserts!
I will definitely come back.
