I ordered food from here twice the first time food was great the second which is today August 7 I ordered food. Said specifically Pepper Steak last time I said that there were no Onions, today I ordered the dame thing and and the number of onions I got this time filled a plate.
The amount of steak I got was like 5 pc.. very bad experience, and when I called complian, they said the that it comes with onion and we weight the recipe…I am a unsatisfied customer so I asked what you can do do accommodate me they said they can’t give me credit for it bit they can give me a spring roll and a soda I said I don’t eat spring rolls then they said only a soda..how you decrease the offer… I ordered peppers and steak… I got onion and pepper with the side of onions…this was a. Very bad experience, and I’m never ordering from here again….I spent 75 dollars which regrert now…

They skimping on meat portion now be careful. Prices are out the roof and tryna give me half of what I usually get. That little boy by the desk bad customer service and worried about his phone. 0 customer service skills. I ordered 2 large Singapore there was no meat at all, small pieces of ribs no egg n 3 pieces of chicken I counted. For the price I paid I expected better service n decent amount of food. Please before u leave the store if u do go , check your food before leaving. Very disappointed ‼️‼️

I used to stop by and eat here all the time when I was a kid in highschool (little over 10 years ago). For nostalgia sake I went in today to order chicken wings and French fries. The man at the counter had Pink Eye. I’m talking neon bloodshot eyes with the crust in the corner and everything. Both eyes. HOW do you have someone handling the front of house and all the cash (because they don’t accept card) with PINKEYE?! I still ordered and ate the food and am not only disappointed with them but now myself. Chicken was decent, some fries were undercooked and the crab rangoons tasted like pure sugar with SQUARE pieces of what I hope was crab in it (spit it out and tossed them after the first bite). Washed my hands three times, please pray for me. I will never be returning.

Waited in line for 10 mins without being acknowledged at all. Another person walks in and gets his order taken right away. They didn’t acknowledge my presence until I had enough and walked out. Then they called me to tell me my order was ready as I was pulling out of the lot. I don’t know why they expected me to come back after I already stood there for 10 mins in that hot store just to be ignored until they regretted it and realized they just lost money. If they had the same urgency to attend to me while I was in store they wouldn’t have to throw out two meals that won’t be picked up now.

Terrible customer service! I ordered general tso chicken with lo mein instead of fried rice and they gave me a tub of general tso sauce and a large lo mein. I called and asked them for a discount and to replace it and immediately starts out with we don’t make mistakes and tells me their gonna charge me for a re delivery instead of fixing the mistake. He then tells me they will repeat the phone call of the order, sure enough it’s them asking 3 TIMES if I want general tso chicken with lo mein and me saying yes! They still denied it! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE
