They try their best. Won ton soup sucks, everything else is fine! But obviously if you go late night, by that time their using dirty grease. So it’s not safe to eat. But that’s with all late night Chinese stores.

Same story as in almost every Chinese store food is edible however they more than likely take payoffs from local drug dealers to operate in or around their business because the level of danger souround the establishment would not be so high if they were opposed to such things
