I wanna start off by saying the server was amazing the food was absolutely awful. We started off with crab rangoons which turned out to be the highlight of the entire meal, then we got our entrees. As you can see in the picture it’s a half sauced chicken tender with zero flavor and the “sauté” vegetables were tough and clearly not cooked even remotely enough. The white rice was cold and overall I will never come back. Food is soggy and staff genuinely don’t care, my wife’s Szechuan chicken was cold and not spicy at all! What a joke this place is.

The general Taos chicken and orange chicken are phenomenal, best spring rolls and crab Rangoon I’ve ever had as well. Don’t miss out, this place rocks!

This was my first time at China Cottage and it was such a pleasant surprise! The interior is really cool with beautiful decor and a great overall aesthetic that makes the whole experience feel special.
The food was fantastic — the crab Rangoon was absolutely delicious, and I loved my garlic chicken. We had a table of 9 with a lazy Susan in the middle, which made it so fun and easy to share appetizers and dishes with everyone.
Our waiter was quick, attentive, and very helpful throughout the meal, which made everything run smoothly even with a large group. Overall, a great experience with great food, great service, and a really unique atmosphere.

china cottage is amazing! the food is always SO fresh and so much flavor! the cottage chicken is a must try! we always do the complete dinner it is a massive portion of chicken that comes with rice, a spring roll and your choice of soup

The food came quickly and was well prepared. Hot and delicious. Our server, Sebastian is the best. We usually eat here at least once a month and surprisingly, he remembered us. Had a great conversation with him about his home in Guatemala. He’s very attentive and makes sure we always have a pleasant experience.

This place is awesome! I need to take pictures to post the next time I go. My new favorite Chinese place. The ambiance and decor is fun and interesting. It felt exotic and comforting at the same time. Everything food-wise I tried was great. Won ton soup, sweet and sour soup, spring rolls, Kung pao, Mala green beans. They have a combo deal to add a soup, fried rice and spring roll to any entree for $4. I was pleasantly shocked at not knowing about this place yet and will definitely be returning! Only criticism was the waiter was a little slow getting back to us with checks after I had finished eating and was waiting for a box.

The food is generally good, but they keep forgetting rice with our order! This has happened three times. I shouldn’t have to tell a Chinese restaurant to actually give out rice with our to go order! Also the last two times we have ordered dishes and they gave us something else, the latest incident was that we ordered chow mein and received chop suey. Do better or we will find another Chinese restaurant to order our takeout.

The sesame chicken consisted of very small, heavily breaded pieces with little actual chicken. The beef and broccoli had very little sauce and significantly more broccoli than beef. The Szechuan chicken lacked heat and was mostly breading. The vegetable lo mein was bland and lacked flavor.
Given the cost, the quality and portions did not meet expectations. Overall, this was a 2 out of 10 experience.

I’m not sure how we have overlooked this restaurant all of these years, but it is outstanding.
From the appetizers to the main course, the food was delicious. Service was quick and friendly, and the atmosphere was quite authentic.
