We ordered online and were so disappointed! The fried rice with shrimp was not so great. I feel like they could have seasoned the shrimp. And the chow mein tasted off. Not a lot of flavor. The orange chicken was not as expected. It definitely lacked flavor and seasonings..

China City has been my go-to Chinese spot in Antioch for years. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and consistent. I especially love the rice noodles and fried rice, which are packed with flavor without being greasy. The pot stickers are excellent too, with a crispy outside and a perfectly seasoned filling. Honestly, everything I’ve tried here has been tasty.
It’s usually best to order ahead and pick it up, since takeout tends to be quicker and just as good as dining in. Solid portions, fair prices, and dependable quality make this my favorite Chinese restaurant in town.

Not sure why things went so wrong. Went in an ordered a to go order. Took 45 minutes. Meanwhile five people came in to get their orders and two people were seated to eat and served before my order was ready.
The lemon chicken had no flavor, just fried chicken. The Kung Pao had a clear snotty look with specks of red stuff in it. Nothing was cooked in it. The veggies were raw and the chicken was questionable- it was uneditable!!!!
Such a waste of money and time. WILL NEVER WALK IN THAT PLACE AGAIN.

Love this place and the people. I’ve always felt welcomed in this restaurant and the food is simply amazing. Been coming here since I was a kid and I still can’t get enough. Tip: Always order the potstickers and pork buns!!

I was a little disappointed in the sweet and sour chicken. The chicken was fried well and it was tasty. But I had one piece of pineapple and one piece of bell pepper usually in sweet and sour chicken you have multiple pieces of pineapple and multiple pieces of vegetables. The picture of this sweet and sour chicken showed vegetables in it. Which I got very little. Although it was tasty it would be much better if they added some vegetables. Another lady on the table wanted more pineapple and they charged her an extra dollar for a couple pieces of pineapple. That’s just not a very good look. But it was very yummy but it was missing the vegetables

The cashier lady is not doing very good customer service today. My children and I dined in and ate at the restaurant before 5:30p.m tonight. We would know how much ordered that we can eat for 1 family dinner meal for 1 adult and 2 kids. But the cashier lady talked so mean that the order only for 2 persons. So, I had to order 1 extra ” a wonton soup ” bowl. Finally, we had to paid more than 2 orders and packed a lot of foods for bringing home. My main point is she is not doing good customer service when the customer only wants to order 1 thing for sharing with 2 kids. Besides, the fried shrimps and fried pork meal are not delicious. Only the wonton soup is good bowl. We really regret to eat there. I’m very sorry for sharing the true thing. BTW, I hope the restaurant can build up more on the customer service. Thank you. Goodbye.
