I travel a lot and have tried a large amount of Chinese food locations. I felt the need to rate this location due to some other peoples poor ratings based on “too much sauce” or customer service. I walked in and ordered in person for takeout and within 10 minutes I had my food in hand. I wasn’t thrilled about the service counter looking like a quarantine checkpoint but regardless they provided decent customer service and were extremely fast. Received all the correct items. The fried dumplings were barely fried but made up for it in flavor, sauce provided was a perfect pairing for dipping. Main course was General Tsu’s chicken. The breading was done to perfection and I was given a large portion. The sauce wasn’t your typical spicy General Tsu’s but rather more sweet. Regardless it was pretty good despite my preferences. If I lived in the area I would return and try more of their menu options.

The new rule is: when you see ethnic places with about 3.5 stars, they are authentic and delicious. Sauces here are unusually authentic, including doubanjiang (fermented bean paste). Shrimp toast was delectable. Soup, veg, and mains were all well above average. I don’t know if previous bad reviews were previous management or just pandemic-era supply problems. The meal I just had was quite good. Definitely still American-Chinese takeout, but some true flavors peeking through.

I’m really sad to say that after trying this place once, 99% of the other reviews left on here very accurately describe what a poor experience it was. Ordered the sesame chicken, it tasted extremely bland, overcooked, and rubbery. I like to think of myself as a mindful, appreciative person— especially toward people making my food. I gave the cashier a warm thank you, and even put a few dollars in their tip jar. The guy just stared at me with an ugly, blank facial expression like I did something wrong. Definitely not eating here again.

Always a great option for fried rice and their appetizer sampler pack is incredible! Easily a meal for two on its own, but that sure won’t stop us from also getting fried rice, beef and broccoli, and a noodle dish! Always very quick and very tasty!

Last time i ordered food it was the worst Chinese food I’ve ever had in my life. It was overcooked and burnt like they refried the shrimp over and over,all the dishes i ordered taisted like they were recooking old food,threw most of it in the garbage. I’ve been coming to this restaurant for a long time and the food would range in quality but after this last time I’ll never set foot in this restaurant again. To send food like that out to a long time customer is unforgivable.
