Food was disappointing. Haven’t been here in a while and it was always my go to spot. Chicken sauce was fake tasting and the rice was so dry it wasn’t even cooked all the way.

I had it Doordashed. The fried dumplings were barely warm, let alone fried/browned. The crab rangoon was just meh…I remember (now) I felt this way last time I ordered, but thought I’d give them another try. Not again, that was their last shot.

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. We found a maggot in our food—though the restaurant tried to dismiss it as a “worm.” We called immediately, stayed respectful, and simply asked for a refund. Instead of apologizing, they insisted on giving us more food, even though we were already disgusted and honestly traumatized by the experience.During the call, the person refused to issue a refund until we brought the food back, which we agreed to do just to show them the maggot. When we returned, he argued with us, claiming it was just a “worm from vegetables,” which is still unsanitary and completely unacceptable. He then raised his voice, threw the refund on the counter, and continued to be rude and dismissive.The customer service was appalling, and this experience left us feeling disrespected and deeply unsettled. Had the situation been handled with more care and professionalism, it could have been resolved much more amicably.

The food here was delicious! Portion was great! Crab Rangoon were PACKED with cream cheese & so yummy! Got the sweet & sour chicken with chicken fried rice & was not disappointed again. I will definitely go back!

I asked for vegetable fried rice with tofu. He said we don’t have that. He said we have vegetable fried rice. I looked on their menu ao I know they have other dishes with tofu. He could have easily made my order by charging me for vegetable fried rice and adding an extra charge charge to add tofu to the fried rice. He made no attempt to find a solution. Every other Chinese restaurant I have been to around the world gives the customer what they want and charges an extra fee if they need to.
Horrible customer service. Never again.

I came in for lunch. I ordered L46. (Boneless pork rib) well done. I saw the worker put the ribs in an air fryer. I asked the guy “thats how you cook them, in an airfryer?”. You could tell he was embarrassed and shyly said yes. They were rubbery and gross. Fried rice was cold. Extremely lazy and I am disappointed.

I travel a lot and have tried a large amount of Chinese food locations. I felt the need to rate this location due to some other peoples poor ratings based on “too much sauce” or customer service. I walked in and ordered in person for takeout and within 10 minutes I had my food in hand. I wasn’t thrilled about the service counter looking like a quarantine checkpoint but regardless they provided decent customer service and were extremely fast. Received all the correct items. The fried dumplings were barely fried but made up for it in flavor, sauce provided was a perfect pairing for dipping. Main course was General Tsu’s chicken. The breading was done to perfection and I was given a large portion. The sauce wasn’t your typical spicy General Tsu’s but rather more sweet. Regardless it was pretty good despite my preferences. If I lived in the area I would return and try more of their menu options.
