This is a very small restaurant that has a number of different cuisines to include Chinese, Filipino, Hamburgers and Pizza. The service was good but I think the entire restaurant could use a deep cleaning and if they stuck with one cuisine it could be a very cute boutique spot.

I ordered multiple orders of crispy beef. I did not receive a single piece of beef – only batter. I also ordered satay chicken and received a congealed mess. Having made a £50 order I can confirm that Guernsey would be a far better place without this takeaway. Stay well clear.

I recently ordered from China China Town, hoping to enjoy a delicious Chinese meal. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing due to the excessive salt in the dishes, which rendered them nearly inedible.
Adding to the frustration was the poor communication with the staff. When I reached out to discuss the issue and request a refund, I found the representative to be unhelpful and dismissive of my concerns. It was clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority, which only compounded my dissatisfaction with the overall experience.
Given the lack of attention to both the quality of the food and the customer service, I am left with little choice but to seek a refund. I hope that the restaurant will take these comments seriously and make the necessary improvements to both their culinary offerings and their customer service approach.
I regret that my first experience with China China Town was not a positive one, and I hope they can address these issues for the benefit of future customers.

I got a delivery of Chinese it was on time the service was good but it was one of the worst Chinese I’ve had the chips were like French fries and soggy cold the sweet and sour sauce was brown and had way to much vinegar in it the squid had this weird taste and soggy and the chow mein had one bite and I couldn’t eat it even down to the prawn crackers had this weird taste maybe there other food might be OK but I will never go back there a again waste of money

I used to order from here regularly but the last year I have had orders messed up multiple times by China China (both Mallard and Town). Wrong things being sent, microwaved old rice thats hard and plastic-tasting, half cooked/partially raw chicken that gave me food poisoning, etc.
We decided to give them another chance after a few months in the hopes they had improved.
I regret it immensely. What a waste of money, will never be ordering again.
I ordered sweet and sour chicken balls, and received some dark vinegar type sauce instead (pictured).
I ordered ribs and received a box that is half bones with no meat on them.
I ordered egg fried rice and received hardened day old rice reheated in a microwave and completely inedible.
I ordered chicken in satay sauce and received a tub of sauce, a lot of pineapple pieces (shown separated into another container) and 6 measly pieces of chicken.
We did not eat anything as just the state of it gave us fears of food poisoning.
The only thing that was correct was the can of Coca Cola.
When I called up to complain, the employee wasn’t able to understand me properly and misunderstood me. So I sent in a message to their Facebook asking for the management to call me back when they were available the next day.
The employee who couldn’t understand me then proceeded to spam call me over 20 times afterwards until midnight.
Would stay away from this place. It used to be good but now their food is inedible, if you even get the correct thing you ordered.

Order took 2 1/2 hours to come and arrived cold and drinks melted. When I called them about it they refunded part of the food order totalling £4.30.will not be ordering again

Normally really quiet,but highly recommend the ribs with lemon. It peels of the bone and melts to your mouth. Always cooked to perfection. A perfect 10 out of 10.

I have just received my order. It’s awful – way too salty duck, which doesn’t look fresh, the squid is hard like a shoe soil, the rice is overboiled and tastes rubbish. The dim sum were not cooked enough, needling at least 2-3 more minutes. Wasted 33 quid. Inedible. Thank you.

Really disappointed with my order, especially at such high prices compared to other places on island. The beef noodles I ordered had a very horrible fishy taste to them, I ended up throwing away half of the noodles.
