They have the other name on Ubereat which called 「Ruby kitchen 」. They use the same address. I ordered one pork fried rice and one beef gravy over white rice also two appetizers.

Order online through their site. It was a easy. Picked up my food. The address is on Ruby street but the entrance is actually on the side. The guy at the counter was nice. The place is really clean cleanest Chinese restaurant I have ever seen. I ordered beef & mushroom and the Kung Pao Chicken. It was ok. Both dishes had baby corn and carrots. I have never had those items in either of these dishes in the past at other restaurants. The egg rolls were good. The filling to the crab ragoon was good. I might go back to try something different just to give it another chance.

I ordered out tonight and was pleasantly surprised! I saw the reviews, but I toss out the worst and the best, and found my go-to Chinese restaurant. When I called in to ask for no onions in the fried rice, the lady was rather abrupt with me, but I had the impression she was very busy. I’m not perfect, why fault her?

Let’s put this into perspective. Used to love the food and prices were good. Now! Food is literally awful orange chicken was horrible and the side of rice is now charged . I really wanted to enjoy it but I went from paying for good food at are $25 to now food my dog won’t eat at $50. Sorry to the owners I’m taking my business elsewhere.

The food was very disappointing. The only thing I found edible was the lo mein. The fried rice was incredibly bland, it’s color was beige as opposed to brown suggesting very little soy sauce. The chicken in the fried rice tasted boiled and over cooked. The pot stickers were laughably under-stuffed. However, the biggest offense was the crab Rangoon. It was essentially fried cream cheese (no green onions or crab). For the cost of food I was less than pleased with the quality.

The lady picking up the phone might be mentally challenged.. she kept asking if I knew were the place was. If I didn’t explain how I was getting there they weren’t gonna make my food. I told her F U and hung up. Never going there again

I was picking up an order to deliver for them and the young woman was immediately rude, unfriendly, and impatient with me because I could not immediately find the customer name on the bag. They had the name on a bag that was inside another bag so it was a little confusing to me. She got immediately upset, grabbed the bag and pulled out the receipt that was attached to the inside bag , pointed to the name and said “LOOK”!, with a nasty tone and expression on her face. As I was apologizing, she then snatched the bag away from me and yelled at me “GET OUT!”as she pointed to the door. I was in shock, started to apologize again but she just yelled “GET OUT” again. So, customer was apparently not going to get their delivered food. I had to call the customer and explain to them why I could not deliver their food. I also reported to the delivery service that I could not complete the order. I was so shocked, upset and hurt that I was in tears. This was the most unprofessional, nastiest service I have ever received in my 41 years in this world. I highly recommend you find another Chinese restaurant which there are many others in Joliet. Customers do not deserve this treatment. We are the reason they have a business and can also be the reason they do not! This is not the first time I had to pick up there. They are always unfriendly but never like this experience I had. I hope you find my review helpful.
