The rice was gummy which was over cooked. The crab rangoon and egg rolls was dried out and over cooked. Orange chicken had BBQ sauce in it then a organge flavor taste. They gave me two orders of vegetables when I ordered one. They made too mistakes for being in business over 10 years. The Chinese authentic taste of the food was missing. I will not be ordering from here again.

They are a good Chinese restaurant to go to & get food. Food is always hot! They are always busy! I’ve been going here for years. Just count your egg rolls, crab rangoons, chicken wings etc bc they will have you short by 1. But they will honor their mistake by trying to keep you as a customer happy. & that’s a good thing!

I took a chance on this hood adjascent Chinese restaurant. Had a feeling. I asked for hot General Tso, and it was good and spicy. For less than $40, I ate like a king for probably four days… Met some great patrons, too, as the place filled up for take-out right after I ordered. I’m going back for sure. Nice counter staff, as well. This is my spot in Mobile.

This is my go to Chinese place in Mobile. I think the food tastes better at this location than their other location on Government. The steamed dumplings are great! You can ask for dishes not spicy most of the time they make that happen. You can also ask for veggie lo mein instead of pork fried rice with the combo for a small up charge. It’s SO worth it! The portions are big enough to last me 2 meals.

I ordered through DoorDash, from the China Chef Springhill Ave store, and when the driver got there, my food was already in the bag, and they left out part of my order, ribs and sauces I specifically requested, and now they will not answer the phone. I know it’s because the girl recognizes my phone number. You would think the manager would come back on the phone, but he must be an afraid.
This is bad service. Good food if you can get them to fix it right, but someone who doesn’t answer their phone is just scared to own up to their mistakes. Can anyone get anything right anymore? What happened to quality service and taking care of your customers? The workers don’t deserve more than minimum wage. I will never order from them again.
