Food was ok, hit & miss depending on what you order. I got my Kung Pao Chicken which was actually good because it was not battered chicken chunks, it was actually real pieces of chicken un-breaded and sauce had plenty of seasoning and veggies perfectly cooked with a crunch. The Orange Chicken seemed like it had too much red food dye, the chicken itself felt dry & stringy as you chew on it and the chunks are gigantic. The Plain Chow Mai is exactly that: plain! A little dry and very little no no seasoning. I’m hoping it’ll re-heat good the next day and definitely adding a little more seasoning. The steamed white rice is just that: steamed, plain white rice. No seasoning or anything as traditionally should be, I think it’ll make a good homemade fried rice the next day. The Green Beans in Garlic Sauce were delicious, my favorite part of the meal! They were perfectly cooked with a crunch, nicely seasoned & not overcooked nor dry. Over all, the food was ok, if I went back, I’d definitely try something different from the menu. The customer service was friendly & attentive but the wait time was long, not sure if it was a normal Friday evening or everyday thing but we waited an hour for our food so keep that in mind wether you order on-line, over the phone or in person. The prices are fair for the quantity of food you get, my order could easily feed 3-4 people.

This place used to be good. It was our main destination for Chinese food. Unfortunately, as customer volume increased, they do not want to accommodate customer volume by hiring more help in the kitchen. You have to wait a minimum of one hour for your food and that’s after they tell you 25 to 30 minutes. I ordered my food before my lunch break. They told me it would be 30-35 minutes. I waited 30 before leaving for my lunch break. When I went there, they told me my order was not ready yet. I waited another 20 minutes and my order wasn’t called. I asked the front girl what was going on and told her I had to go back to work. She asked the owner in the kitchen and the lady told her she is working on it. I told her my lunch break is over and I had to leave. The front girl was nice and apologized, but there was nothing she can do because the owners didn’t care. They would not even make eye contact with the waiting and frustrated customers. I went back an hour later and they gave me cold food even after I told them to hold up the order until I come back. No accommodation or replacement of the food was given. It is sad. This is not the first time. It has become a regular thing for them. They have lost me after I was a regular customer and I am sure I am not the only one they lost. Very sad!

This was my first visit and I was totally impressed. We ordered take out from the lunch menu and it was fabulous. The meals were huge and more than enough to eat twice. They were very busy and now I know why. It was a great experience and I’ll go back again.

Our family LOVES this place. Very consistent and delicious Hong Kong style food. We often get the family meal and have tons of leftovers. If you’re after quick, easy Chinese food, this is your spot in this area. Note – they tend to get very busy!! Sometimes it can be up to an hour for your order. Plan accordingly!! This ain’t a bad thing, this shows that the food is worth it!

The food is good but every time we order from here they take way longer than they say it’s gonna take for the food to be ready! If it’s going to take 45 minutes to cook two orders of shrimp egg fu yung don’t say the order will be ready in 25 minutes! This has happened almost every time we order from here.

Been in twice. Service is very friendly and there are alway people waiting for take out. I order then wait instead of calling ahead. Kung pao shrimp and Mongolian beef were very good. Lunch portion was very generous. I would recommend and will be returning.

Not much of an atmosphere, typical takeout spot. Searched years for Chinese Food that tasted similar to the Chinese food I grew up on in South Jersey & stumbled upon them when I finally broadened my search radius. I live almost an hour from here but I pretty much refuse to buy Chinese elsewhere. Typically we will order several things, eat some there and take the rest home. Food is legit on reheat also. If you’re from Philly/SJ/NY you will appreciate this place & they don’t skimp on you. I highly recommend

I am so sad to write a review like this, but I just had the worst experience with the food here EVER. I ordered chicken lo mein and beef lo mein, which was highly recommended to me— the chicken was super dry and held no flavor whatsoever, the beef was super chewy, I am not sure what kind of beef they used but it was not good. I also had the beef and broccoli and orange chicken, again chicken was so dry is wasn’t even consumable, beef was chewy and inedible, we got the rangoons and they were shriveled and gross. Egg drop soup was probably the best option.
I will say I will NEVER cheat on BOBO CHINA again. BOBO IS WAY BETTER QUALITY for the same price. I literally wasted $68 and am not satisfied.

The beef lo mein was ok, but it was very dry. I asked for spice on my sesame chicken and it was just sweet. It tasted like they only seasoned the breading and not the chicken itself. Very disappointing.
