I have been coming here for years for dine and carryout. The family has always strived to make everyone feel welcomed and satisfied. During Covid, to-go orders were made a challenge! Our office would order large quantities every week to help keep the business going without their buffet. Very thankful they are still going strong, and the quality has always been the best!

The food is good here. They do have a small cooked sushi selection but I wouldn’t go here if that is what you’re looking for. The Chinese buffet is good. The food is fresh and replenished regularly. The staff is very friendly and the restaurant is very clean.

Best 3 and 1/2 star Chinese restaurant in WV. Went for the lunch buffet. It’s decent. Nice selection and the best part is you can get the buffet to go. Seems to be popular with working people because of the to-go option during lunch break. Nice comfortable seating and an attentive staff. The lo mein and a few of the chicken dishes are OK, it’s a quick bite with the food hot and ready. You’ll definitely get enough to eat. Reasonably priced meal.

This was my first time coming here and it’s the best Chinese I’ve had in so long! The chicken and broccoli was my favorite, the broccoli had so much flavor and was very soft. The corn nuggets were also a great touch!

The best Chinese buffet I’ve ever had. Everything tasted great! My only issue was, for some reason, the woman that was cleaning up was trying to take my plate with my food still on it in the middle of us eating & my drink too, even though my cup was clearly full. That really pissed me off. So rude.

We stopped in after discovering our go-to Chinese buffet in Charleston was closed due to a power outage—and we’re so glad we did! China Chef surprised us with a great variety of fresh, tasty options and solid quality across the board. It’s also much closer to home, which is a definite bonus. We’ll definitely be back more often!

I’ve been going to this place for awhile now and I’m just disappointed in the quality of the food, it’s definitely decreased in the last year or so, the quality of the noodles is trash, but this place was a really good Buffett around but it’s going down hill, hopefully they see this and make a change in the food. Sweet and sour chicken taste like breaded chicken with no flavor. Notice how greasy it is!
