Service awesome. Place Very clean. Food was good, some items better than others. Pork fried rice and the moo goo gai pan were excellent. Almond fried chicken and sweet and sour pork very tough and had to even get a fork into. Would go again to try other menu items.

I’ve had China Cafe food delivered twice, and have enjoyed the food. Currently the best Almond Chicken, in my opinion, in the Tri Cities. Portions are ample and everything I’ve tried has been delicious. I have noticed that Doordash has drastically raised the delivery charge for this restaurant since the last time I ordered, so from now on I will order for pickup instead of delivery.

Had a wonderful late lunch here with my husband. We got rangoons, genera tso’s, and the beef tomato curry noodles. Everything was amazing and the service was great! The unique fold of the rangoons shows that they’re definitely made in house! I love the eclectic paintings inside, absolutely lovely!

The new location for China Café is easy to get to and has quite a bit of seating space for dine-in. The food is delicious and as good as I remember from having family meals at their original location. The menu has expanded a bit to include boba tea and other options. Their new streamlined hot case makes picking up take‐out quick and easy!

I recently had the opportunity to visit China Cafe Express, and while the staff was friendly and the premises were impeccably clean, I was quite disappointed with the quality of the orange chicken. Unfortunately, my experience with this particular dish left much to be desired.
First, let me highlight the positive aspects of my visit. The staff members at China Cafe Express were kind and attentive throughout my time there. They were quick to attend to my needs and created a pleasant atmosphere for me to enjoy my meal. Furthermore, I must commend the establishment for their commitment to cleanliness. The place was spotless and well-maintained, which enhanced my overall dining experience.
However, my disappointment arose when I tasted the orange chicken. It was evident that the dish had not lived up to my expectations. The chicken itself was disappointingly soggy and chewy, almost as if it had been reheated in a microwave after being stored for several days. The texture was far from being satisfactory and lacked the freshness that I had anticipated. Additionally, the flavor of the orange chicken was noticeably off. It lacked the authentic taste and balance of sweet and tangy flavors that I have come to expect from this dish.
As a customer who appreciates well-prepared Chinese cuisine, I was genuinely disheartened by the quality of China Cafe Express’ orange chicken. Despite the excellent service and pristine environment, the subpar taste and texture of this dish greatly affected my overall dining experience.
I would like to note that I am merely expressing my personal experience and acknowledging that others may have different preferences. Perhaps, on a different visit, I may find other dishes at China Cafe Express that live up to my expectations. Nevertheless, based on my encounter with the orange chicken, I cannot confidently recommend it to others.

We LOVE this place for Chinese food and I pick it up whenever I’m in this area of Kennewick. The family that runs it is so friendly and welcoming. My kids love the sweet and sour chicken and the crab puffs but I’ve tried quite a few items and have never had a bad experience.

Order chicken fried rice a large one got home it was horrible taste real blend and it had no vegetable or any egg. Called them on it, she said you have ask for the vegetable and egg. How am I to know that! Never going back and the chicken was big chunks! Horrible experience!

We ordered General Tso and Egg Fu Young, and my brother said that it was fake chinese food. He also joked about the General Tso was actually General What??? and that the Egg Fu Young was actually Egg Fu Huh??? Although the food wasn’t cooked well, the service was good. I recommend it for people who like good service, but I don’t think it’s good for people who like authentic Chinese food.
