Have gone for multiple years with no prior problems. Today I asked for shrimp lo mein with no vegetables along with some other sides and was given shrimp fried rice. Then tried to order what I asked for again and they gave it to me with vegetables. Made me pay for their mistake and didn’t even give me the correct thing. Very unhappy.

Have always loved the food here, but after yesterday I will never go back. I purchased my lunch on their website and used my card. This morning I woke up to two charges on my bank statement. My purchase of 16.99 and another for 114.97! I called and was told it was refunded, but as it was on a card the money may take a few days to be put back! I would completely understand being charged double as a mistake, but 114.97?! Never purchase again as a bill that is being taken out of my account will now overdraft my account!

Food was unimpressive. I got the Mongolian beef. What I got was a giant bowl of onions with a very small amount of thinly sliced beef. (See picture). I got the large, GF got the combination that was $2 cheaper. The servings were exactly the same size. A friend got General’s chicken. Hard crunchy frozen chicken nuggets. Looked good but was so crunchy they couldn’t eat.
Pass on this place and go to a good Chinese restaurant.

Today I had the combination angle hair noodle and I also had Singapore noodle before. They both were delicious but I have to say the curry sauce that they cook the Singapore noodle in make it favorite. I tried these dishs at several different places and to me this place has the best so far.
Now this is what’s wrong with restaurants in the Quad Cities either the food is good but over priced and the inconsistency of how the food is prepared just take a look at the photos. These are the same dishes but ordered on different days. The few pieces of shrimp they did give me were old, as you can see they look like carrots. The three gray slimy pieces of beef or whatever type of meat that is along with this slimy chicken. I can’t believe it I’m lost for words.smh!

I got some crab Rangoons with my order and they were way to undercooked. Still white and just super greasy. It’s like they put them in the oil for a few seconds before bagging them. Ive had kinda bad experiences in the past with this place but this is ridiculous. 🙁

They care unless you order from door dash. Every time I have ordered they never put utensils in the bag despite dashers asking. They claim to put them in the bag and don’t. They never check. Customers service is horrible always someone with a bad attitude mad because someone wasn’t happy with the service they received.
