I’m always excited to share my wife’s and myself experience at a restaurant. However, our experience is limited due to the fact our meals were delivered. Having said this let’s get started i. First, the menu is well balanced, within budget, and not confusing. Secondly, our meals were prepared as order and completely satisfying. Delivery time was exceptional! Additionally, it goes without mention that the staff and chefs are extremely experienced and very well trained. Altogether bravo! Job well done.

Me and my wife order take out from here about probably 2-3 times a month. The food here is pretty good. Not a big fan of the fried rice however my wife likes it. I have never had any issues with timing or incorrect ordering. They do a great job and are friendly.

Neither of the dishes we ordered had any flavor at all. This is the worst Chinese I have ever had. So bland. The honey chicken wasn’t sweet at all.

The food was so oily three of the five meals were not very edible! Chicken was so rubbery it couldn’t be cut with a knife. That is not sauce in the pictures, that is oil/grease. $77.00 order and only a quarter of it was edible.

This is my first time here. I must say I’ve been super dissatisfied with every other Chinese food spot I’ve been to. BUT THIS RIGHT HERE!! IS hands down the best I’ve had since I’ve been in Jacksonville. The Customer service is FANTASTIC!

I used to love this place but the last 4 times the food has been terrible. Fried dumplings burnt to a crisp, General Tso’s chicken was all breading, overcooked and dried out, given wrong food, and finally ordered chicken teriyaki. They put a sauce on there that was not teriyaki. Not sure what type of sauce but it tasted like jarred turkey gravy. The texture and appearance of the chicken was questionable at best. Chicken was definitely not cooked to order it was dry and rubbery like it had been microwaved. Between the texture and the turkey flavor it was inedible. They’re in desperate need of some quality control.
