As far as Chinese Buffets in Nashville*** this is the second best. Now this partially has to do with the drop of quality of their competitors… but the flavors are solid, the place is clean (enough), and just enough greens in the menu. Their waitress is an ice princess but she does her job. NOW TO BE HONEST, their bathroom needs repairs but they said they are working on that. THEIR KITCHEN is viewable easily and it is notably maintained so atm good enough for 4stars, with everything up front and accounted for.

They have a great name, China Buffett, that pulled us in and we didn’t bother looking at the reviews. We were welcomed by a nice lady who was trying really hard to make us feel welcome.
Once we were taken to our seats, I noticed that this place was spacious and would take a lot of people to fill the seats. It’s the one thing that I liked about this place: space.
My friends said they have eaten in other China Buffett places that were really nice. This wasn’t cutting it! We went to get our food and that really shocked us. They had very reasonable selections and looked like the food had been sitting there for a couple of hours without being replenished.
We were there at dinner time and expected to find the place packed, but we had two groups of people the whole time we were there! It seems the other people were visitors like we were.
Advice: This place needs a lot of work to make people walk through the door. Clean tables, clean restrooms, clean utensils, clean floors and ceiling, clean every thing from the outside to make people want to come in. They need to replenish their food and even if not so many people come to eat, they can make this place to be a beehive just from the name!
Their prices were at par with the other options around this area until you step inside!

There building need upgrade renovations, it has been in building very long time, the food is not that great, it is kind of dirty in the seating area, the food was not up to standard, I had a had time choosing what to try on their buffet as nothing made sense in selections, I decide to try just vegetables and it was difficult on that too the food sits longer than it should and the meats looked like the were hard from drying out…the waitress tried to be nice she deserves a badge of bravery and honor for trying to make good of what she clearly knows is the restaurant needs a complete makeover. I asked could I try taking some photos that maybe bring more customers to get revenue to fix their business, she refused and said no I could not take photos of the food so I took one photo anyways…

The older lady at the register was COMPLETELY rude when my partner and I came in. The place looked gloomy and rundown, the “buffet” was extremely scarce and some of the food looked old. The to-go boxes barely fit anything on them for $16.00 each.

The food was so bad, it’s like it was cooked last week and still being served the next week. The place is filthy including, the tables the floors and ceilings have water leaks, and the bathroom is atrocious. I would definitely a not recommend this to anyone.

The place when entered looked abandoned, it was very dusty and the floors was unsanitary to say the least. As I took a look at the limited options most of the food had conflicting flavors and the chow mein was chewy like i was biting into a rubber ball with my hands tied behind my back, half the food was flavorless and the price was less then desirable. needless to say i will not come back here anytime

At one point this was my favorite place but after Covid it has gone downhill very badly not sure what happened here or how it is open. The food never looks good anymore. Place is not as clean as it used to be. The food doesn’t taste the same it’s not fresh. How are they still in business?

If I could give no stars I would !! Mt husband brought home 2 to go plates . The food was HORRIBLE literally the worst Chinese food I’ve ever had in my life ! The rice was dry and plane . The sweet and sour chicken was so dry I thought it was like some type of hush puppy or something …. Freaking nasty . The sweet and sour sauce was tart as hell … That’s all I tried off my page before saying screw it and throwing it away . My husband ate an old piece of fried chicken and tried the rice before he threw his plate away …. The man at the counter tried to charge my husband $3 for a container to put sweet and sour sauce in … That was weird … Anyways save your money cause man we should have took our little $30 and went to McDonald’s or something
