I recently visited China Buffet and had a bit of a mixed experience. Overall, the food tasted good and was flavorful. However, when we first looked at the buffet, the dishes didn’t appear very fresh. Even though the taste was satisfying, the presentation made it a little confusing.
On the positive side, the interior décor and dining area were very nice. The space was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully arranged, which made the overall atmosphere pleasant. There was plenty of seating, and it felt welcoming.
The prices were reasonable and not too expensive, which is definitely a plus. Still, I was a bit unsure how to feel because while the food tasted good, it didn’t seem as fresh as I expected. Overall, it was an okay experience with both good and slightly disappointing parts.

It’s your typical Chinese food buffet with the occasional American food offerings and sushi bar. The staff were friendly and on top of everything, taking your plates away and prompt drink service. The ice cream was my favorite part they had more than just your average 3 flavors. We opted for cookies and cream.

The food is ok, a lot of it has barely any flavor. And I don’t like the fact that they tip themselves now. The guy that sat us down checked on us only once and someone different brought the bill. $8 tip they tip themselves is crazy when barely any device was provided. Especially it being a china buffet where you get up and serve yourself. My bill went up to $50 because of the tip . It was just me and my 4 and 7 year old who barely eat as well.

Service was excellent. Food was not great. We were there on a Friday in the middle of lunch (1230) and it was very busy, so I feel our experience was indicative of regular business. There’s a TON of variety in their bars (3 I think, plus a sashimi/roll bar fruit bar, and dessert bar), but flavor-wise? Bad enough we won’t go back. Fried squid was rubbery, and acted as a vessel to hold old-tasting grease. The General Tsao’s chicken tasted more like Italian sausage. And almost every chicken dish had that reheated leftover chicken taste – including the sweet and sour chicken fingers (which were otherwise bland as all get-out.) My husband said the roasted potatoes were so spicy for some reason, they were easily the spiciest thing he ate. The beef with peppers was good (as long as you don’t mind a very strong onion flavor.) My kid ate the regular chicken nuggets with gusto, but struggled with the French fries.
Otherwise, the restaurant proper was very clean and well kept. The bathrooms were struggling and smelled very musty.
Overall, given the taste and quality of the food, we won’t be back.

Found metal in my food, which is bad. They give me a discount, I really don’t care about a discount, my health comes first, imagine a young kid eating this? It sounds like who ever cleaned up them pots never rinsed them off. It’s very Dangerous that stuff could travel through your stomach as it’s cutting your intestines away.

The food was amazing, for a buffet, large selection, only complaint i had was there were a couple foods that should be sweet that were savory, and foods that were savory that should have been sweet. Otherwise the atmosphere was good, not as loud as it could have been and the servers were very attentive.

Walked in with my husband for a spontaneous dinner date. The RUDEST WOMAN I HAVE EVER COME IN CONTACT WITH, GRABS 2 STRAWS SAYS FOLLOW ME AS SHES WALKING US TO THE TABLE SHE IS DEEP SIGHINGSHE THROWS THE DAMN STRAWS ON THE TABLE AND SAYS THERE YOU GO AND storms right past us.
I was baffled that she treated us like that so WE walked right out. They also add their own tip which in a way I understand but they pretty much tip themselves is almost 40% of the bill!!!!!! I hope she has a great night and seeks Jesus ASAP cause GOD DONT LIKE UGLY
