The food was inconsistent. One plate, Hunan style tofu, was cooked well but had no seasoning. The Hunan style said it was supposed to be spicy, but it had zero spiciness and very little other flavor. The mixed vegetables were overcooked. Specifically, the broccoli was cooked until limp/soggy. The delivery is nice since I am in town at a hotel but overall it was disappointing and bland.

I placed an order online and called the store before going to make sure it was received. I was immediately put on hold after saying hello and then given attitude when the woman got back on the phone…as if I called and put her on hold. I explained why I was calling and instead of confirming my order she got smart and dismissive, she said, “well didn’t you put it in why you call?!” She gave me the same dismissive, annoyed attitude in person when I picked up my food. The store is shabby and unwelcoming, the customer service is a 0 and the food was a 2. I had fried shrimp, pork yak and a pink lemonade that tasted like pure mix and sugar. The customer service was the biggest turnoff for me.

Why would i order nuggets from here & they give me McDonald’s nuggets. Been eating McDonald’s for years when i was younger. So you know the look the taste and the smell. So I’ve tried shrimp fried rice (love the fact they put eggs in the rice), chicken wings, pizza roll, shrimp lo mein, hot and spicy soup. And everything was delicious and prices was great. Cheaper than my neighbor Chinese restaurant. Very worth trying.

Very poor customer service. They took extremely long to bring me my food and when they got to my door step they didn’t have any change. And Extremely rude when I would call to check on my order… When I went to go drop the food back off because it was cold when I received it. There was roaches crawling on the glass window where they take orders.. at that point I just wanted a refund and he refused to refund me my full amount of money -100 stars

I ordered lunch platter and wonton soup for delivery. A chicken wings platter along with a small wonton soup..Two of the wings were of an average size and the other two were extremely small. Almost shockingly small..I called them and it was their reply that was rude!!.When I questioned the above, I was told “GO someplace else” and they hung on me..I live in Camden, NJ and I am not so sure they would have responded like that if I lived outside the city..It was rude, and distasteful and I believe bordered on discriminating…The food is OK although the service is extremely poor..

I’ve been going to China bowl for over a year and can honestly say I’ve never had a bad dish. From what I’ve seen, everything has been fresh, never seen anything frozen which is something that every other Chinese restaurant in Camden uses at one point or another. Quick turnaround after placing my order. And one thing that I can appreciate is that they still remain closed on Sundays as was the norm so many years ago. Definitely recommend hands down! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I ordered here twice. My orders came wrong each time.The person on the phone had a very bad attitude & spoke to me unprofessionally when I called back to inform them about my order.He also tried to blame me each time by saying I wasn’t loud or clear enough when I call ,but both times I was in a quiet environment and spoke very loudly each time. Also I am not a quiet person at all so there’s no way that it was my fault I also asked this man to repeat my order to me and he did and everything was perfect until I received my food each time.
