This was the second time I’ve had China Bay in the past six months. They will be my new Chinese takeout as long as the meals stay this good. Three people, three different meals and add-ons. I have tried many chinese take out, and this place has been by far the best. Everyone enjoyed their food. It was fresh and flavorful. I ordered the chicken and vegetables without brocolli extra mushroom and got exactly what I ordered. The rice was fresh, seasoned, and cooked perfectly. The crab ragoon is by far the best I’ve ever had. The shells were stuffed. We received all of our sauces and sauce packets. I can honeslty say with all the takeout ive ordered this place marked all the boxes ive wanted in each place ive ordered.

This use to be my go to. They use to have really good general Tao chicken.
Today I wanted general Tao so I placed an order. Food was horrible. Chicken was so tough. How do you get tough chicken at a chineese restaurant. Sauce was supposed to be spicy. No heat at all. Very sweet. Almost like they doctored up some sweet and sour sauce.
Egg roll was very crunchy which I liked. But it was so oily that oil was actually dripping off the egg rolls.
Don’t plan on eating at the restaurant.
The lady in front gave no customer service. Left bag on counter. I had to go behind the counter to get the bag.
Use to be my favorite. Won’t be back

DONT ORDER RICE AND Teriyaki chicken and orange chicken and shrimp. Fried rice was old and overcooked.

This is my 2nd favorite Chinese spot. Food is majority of the time the bomb!
The location… ABSOLUTELY SUCKS!!! It’s in a tight spot to the left of dollar general. AND, they have the nerve to be on a corner at that. I DESPISE driving here, but the food IS worth it.
Knocked off 2 stars for service because 1) I like ALL my food to be in the Chinese pint or Qt size container. Otherwise, what’s the point in ordering Chinese when I have the same black storage containers at home for meal prep? Don’t crush the vibe I’m trynna create… lol. 2) Not sure if I’m just a weirdo, have OCD, or whatever, but I prefer to use a spoon when ordering rice. I know at my favorite Chinese spot they give you both or ask during pickup while double checking the order. These 2 issues are also something I come across during delivery as well. There’s all this mustard and hot sauce that NO ONE uses yet 1 or 2 soy sauce packs. Then you can’t even ask for extra packets if ordering online. I’m paid like $15 for this… imma need some sauce PLEASE!!!

Have been coming here for years, One of the best Crabragoon’s in Cleveland Unless you like those cheese wonton types and it’s actually stuffed unlike most places 10/10 Recommend and the Angel Hair Noodles

Pretty decent food. Don’t recommend the fried shrimp. I had a mouthful of shrimp shxt in my mouth as you can see from the pic. Not their fault tho… unless they fry them themselves.
Egg foo yung was tasty … fried rice was okay.. steamed dumplings were basic. Moo Goo Gai Pan was pretty great. Wonton soup was basic.. small pupu platter on DoorDash was NOT worth the money.
